We will look at and talk about Copenhagen's characteristic designs, buildings unique decoration, thoughtful designs, beautiful colours and the special layout and paving of the squares and roads of this beautiful capital. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. Our job is not to fill your heads with names and numbers, but instead we want to make you proud of the fact that you have discovered Tallinn - the hidden pearl of the Baltic Sea! What makes Tales of Reval special is that we have combined traditional guiding with street performance and storytelling, thus creating a fully immersive experience into the history of Tallinn. Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. From the age of 13 years, a child can participate alone - but please contact me before booking so that I can confirm. I only accept paying participants in the kitchen. Allergies and special considerations: This class is not suitable for persons with gluten, lactose, almond allergies. Great private experience for solo travellers, couples or family/friends together! We will meet at the iconic Stockholm center. We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. You will get between 20-40 professionally and high quality edited photos of your experience within 48-96 hours via Pixieset. This is a private experience, I will be photographing you and your companions alone! This experience is set for one or two people if you book one guest, but if you are a group of three or more you can book the group option (it will say it is one guest but it includes your companions). You will meet up with your guide and the rest of the group at a central meeting point. After an initial welcome, all guests will be paired with their own easy-to-handle bicycle. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

Hello, fellow photography lovers. We will meet at the Old Arsenal in the center of the city and I will prepare some fun photo challenges which will let you to find exciting compositions and improve your skills. We will start by climbing The Hill of Three Crosses where you can take postcard type pictures of Vilnius. From the highest point of our journey we will then go down to explore Užupis Republic via side streets and paths. On the way we will be looking for street art and make some colorful, abstract type of pictures. I will give you some useful tips how to improve your compositions. During the midpoint of our walk we will sit down for a coffee or tea and I will give you some more advice and pointers about the art of photography which I learned through the years of practice. Refreshed we will continue to the beautiful Old Town of Vilnius, discovering best spots to take panoramas of the city, looking for more colorful street art and actually making our own art. I will be your personal photo guide and at the end our our walk, if you follow my little photo challenge, you will walk away with your own unique album of Vilnius. Before we part, I will take a professional portrait of you and send you a fully retouched photograph for you to remember our trip. Other things to note Please bring comfortable clothes and walking shoes as we will climb to the Hill of Three Crosses. And don't forget the camera :) It doesn't have to be professional, you can also use your phone. Regardless of equipment I will give you tips how to improve your photos, either with camera or the phone.

Whether you are traveling solo, with your better half, with friends/family or your pet, it can be hard to capture great photos on vacations. Don't leave it to a stranger on the street, let me show you some of Odense’s most famous tourist spots and picturesque corners off the beaten path. The photo shoot is always private: for one person, one couple, one family etc. There are absolutely no model skills needed. I will show you some simple and natural poses and make sure to capture you in the best lighting. You will get around 20 - 30 photos - with beautiful color and light correction, in high resolution to download within 3 days. I am very flexible when it comes to ideas, time and date. We’ll walk the length of Stockholm Center, from City Hall to Gamla Stan (Old City). We will help you capture your vacation, pre-wedding travel or honeymoon in beautiful, high-res photos. We will share insider knowledge of Stockholm while shooting unforgettable photos of you walking among the cute houses from 17-18 centuries. I will try to make photos as natural as possible so no previous experience or special skills needed. You will be you. In the class we will make fresh-cheese with goat milk. Step by step you will learn how to prepare and process the milk to turn it into a ready cheese, so that by the end of the day you can do it yourself at home in your own kitchen. I start the class with an introduction to cheese making, explaining the differences between fresh cheese, feta cheese and soft cheeses and giving an introduction to cultures and bacterias. We will look at the equipment you need and of course taste some homemade cheese and other products from the farm during the lunch.

We go "sight jogging" in Aarhus and do it before the crowds arrive! We run at a casual, non-competitive pace along winding foot paths past the most iconic and historical sights in Aarhus! We stay off the main roadway and prioritize the local's eye view. The run is just about 7-10 km and we make stops along the way to talk about the sights, and take pictures. This is a perfect experience for the traveler who wants to stick to a fitness routine but doesn't want to waste their limited time in Aarhus working out in a gym! Other things to note This run is scalable to any fitness level, and we will run at whatever pace you need! And we keep a safe distance!

Enjoy the winter magic, find peace of mind and feel the powerful movements of a horse when walking in the deep snow. In the beginning we will prepare horses together in the stable and then move to our riding area where all safety instructions are given. After that the trip may begin. We will ride through the snowy forest. The ride is about 1 hour and we are only walking (no trotting or galloping). After the trip we take care of the horses and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. Other things to note Lucky Ranch is located 130 km north from Rovaniemi. You can get here by bus or by renting a car. Pyhä Ski Resort is 10 km from our place. We can pick you up from there if needed with additional fee

To learn everything you need to know to start fermenting we will begin by going through the equipment we will use, then have a look at some recipes and what kind of spices you can use before getting practical. Then we will go through all the steps of fermenting from chopping or grating the vegetables, seasoning to the finished jar. Each participant will get the jar that has been preparing during the workshop to take home and ferment.

Have you dream to have a lot of dogs around you ? Meet our sleddogs ! They live in a big dogyard all together. Most of them are rescued from dog shelters, that means we have a lot of different breeds and ages. They looking forward to meet you and get cuddles, they love that ! You will play with the dogs, help socialize them and get lot's of Instagram worthy photos ! Then we will go for a hike, with the dog pulling you through the forest. This activity is also adaptable for child. They will be connected to the dog with an other child or a parent. I will adapt the tour according to the weather forecast and shape of the group. Other things to note Dogs can be dirty if it is raining. Please wear adapted clothes.
