Anfitrião extremamente simpático e atencioso. Tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com o funcionamento do forno, mas o anfitrião foi extremamente prestável e resolveu a situação de forma rápida e eficiente. A localização é excelente, assim como as comodidades oferecidas. Sem dúvida, recomendamos!

Estive realizando um estágio na Universidade de Aveiro e fiquei durante 3 meses no studio do Mário. O studio e’ moderno e novo com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia longa ou curta. Fica muito bem localizado e na região central de Aveiro, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes e vários pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Mário e Frederico foram grandes anfitriões dando atenção desde os esclarecimentos para a reserva, durante a estadia e no check out. Sem dúvida o custo-benefício valeu a pena e quando retornar a Aveiro pretendo ficar no local.

Espaço moderno e muito bem equipado. Muito limpo e com a cozinha muito bem equipada. Perfeito pada 6 pessoas que queiram conhecer Aveiro e ficar numa zona sossegada. Facilmente se chega a pé a vários supermercados e ao centro da cidade. Respondem muito rapidamente e dão dicas para a cidade. A repetir sem dúvida.

Luis est attentionné, très réactif. Luis met vraiment du coeur pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré. Literie large et hyper confortable. A proximité du centre ville (15'), marché couvert (5'), chemin piétonnier le long du canal pour accéder à tout cela. Vraiment nous avons passés un formidable séjour, Aveiro est une ville aux mille facettes, n'y allez pas pour 2 jours, vous le regreteriez, il faut beaucoup plus.

Foi uma experiência incrível, uma vista maravilhosa, um apartamento todo equipado e com muito conforto!! Aquecido e amável !!! Voltaremos com certeza !!

Logement réservé en dernière minute pour 2 nuits, et c'était suffisant pour constater qu'il était très bien entretenu. On ne manquait de rien, et au-delà de ça, on s'y sentait très bien. Merci à l'hôte pour ça ainsi que pour sa réactivité par messages ! Je recommande fortement, prix accessible et environnement plus qu'agréable puisque juste à côté de la mer.

기차역에 도착예정이었고 짐이 세 개나 있어서 기차역에서 최대한 가까운 곳을 찾고 있었는데 호텔의 위치와 인테리어가 마음에 들어서 예약했는데 정말 만족스러웠고, 다음에 1~2인용 여행이라면 다시 예약할 예정입니다. 여기 숙소가 좋아서 포르투 숙소도 'guestready'에서 예약했는데 거기도 좋았어요. 숙소 가까운 곳에 짐 보관소도 여러 곳이 있고, 숙소 뒷길에 대형 슈퍼마켓 두 곳이 가까이 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 세탁 세제와 건조대가 있었고, 머무는 동안 숙소가 조용해서 편히 잘 쉬었어요. '포럼 아베이루'에서 운하를 따라 마트로 걸어가서 장을 보고 숙소에 왔습니다. 하지만 숙소 1층의 문을 여는 방법을 정확히 안내해주지 않아서 저녁에 문이 안 열려서 곤란했는데 관리팀에서 바로 응답해서 알려줬어요. 터치패드에 키를 가져다 댄 채로 문을 밀었다가 당겨야 열립니다. 게스트에게 문 여는 방법을 체크인 전에 동영상으로 알려주면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 변기 스위치에 지문이 남아 있었고, 샤워실 벽에는 분홍색 물때가 있어서 관리에 좀 더 신경 쓰면 더할 나위 없을 듯 해요.

Casa completa, confortável, com todos os utensílios necessários para se fazer refeições. Dormimos bem, o aquecimento funciona bem, enfim, tudo ótimo! O anfitrião foi bastante atencioso e de fácil acesso! Sempre me respondeu rapidamente! Localização do imóvel excelente! Próxima de tudo! Ao lado da estação de comboios!

Very nice host, who proactively encouraged feedback. Location close to Ocean and many nice restaurants close by. would definitely stay there again.

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en la zona, en la que hay posibilidades para pasear, playa y restaurantes. El alojamiento esta muy cerca de la playa, el mercado y la calle principal. El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona tranquila y es muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y descansar. Elisabeth está siempre pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar.

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

A Paula foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia, sempre demonstrando proatividade para conosco. O ambiente é super limpo e novo, tal como mostrado nas fotos. A localização também vale muito a pena! Com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente numa próxima oportunidade.

Patricia's flat was perfect for us. Great location, fabulous views and beautifully presented. Patricia met us on arrival and took us through the local sites, places to eat, beaches and other things to do and see. It was great to meet her - her love of the town and region shone through and was a great introduction to the area. Thank you!

A Joana, por si só, já é uma anfitriã impecável. Sempre disponível e simpática. Fez-nos sentir em casa! A casa em si é um espaço espetacular e acolhedor. Tudo em excelente estado, arrumado e limpo. De todos os espaços em que já estive no Airbnb este foi, de longe, dos melhores. Fizemos tudo a pé, tínhamos um mercado mesmo ao virar da esquina, comércio local e restaurantes. Foi parar o carro e pouco ou nada o usámos. Com certeza será para voltar! Muito obrigada! ❤️

Impeccable place to spend a couple nights with someone, super cosy, the jacuzzi was the best definitely.

Location - slightly out of town, in a beautiful valley. 1 hour from Porto in the car. Supermarket 5 mins away in the car. Facilities - pool was great, barbecue area was good. Each apartment has an outdoor area to sit in, with a clothes horse to dry your things on. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There was enough parking for 1 car per property. Apartment- clean, great air con. Quirky but functional furniture. Host - responsive and friendly. The woman that met us at the property was very very helpful.

Our stay was joyful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by the host with delicious traditional bread. The area is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of nature. The garden, filled with citrus trees, was a delight, and the jacuzzi and barbecue area made our evenings perfect. Inside, the building was cozy and well-heated, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh linens. We enjoyed sunny days in the garden and even on the rainy night, the spacious kitchen was ideal for gathering. The host was flexible with check in/out and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a great place, and the hot tub was a huge hit with our little family. Comfortable, and a great location to walk to the beach and town.

We had an amazing stay. Beatriz met us at the apartment and was very helpful providing us with tips of restaurants and the local bakery (Barra 99 - delicious bread, coffee, desserts and really cheap). The beach is a 2-3 minute walk. I’d recommend taking a windbreak. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in town. Local supermarket had everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend and may book again! Thank you 😀
