We had a lovely time staying here. It was a great place to start out our travels in Australia. We loved that you could open the room up and let the fresh air in. We would stay here again.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Amazing location, 2 minutes from the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves. The place was very comfortable and fully equipped, can't think of anything that was missing. Comfortable beds, great shower, good coffee machine. Clear checkin instructions. We especially enjoyed the sun trenched back veranda and great BBQ. A lovely surprise was the hot water out door shower...bliss! We didn't want to leave.

My stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! The house itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight without a doubt, was the pool. Crystal clear with pool noodles provided and the outdoor area was spacious with loungers and a BBQ. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals and the living space is comfortable and relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is strong and heats up quickly. The beds are comfortable and the towels provided were huge and fluffy and there was lots of them. The location was fantastic—peaceful, private & close to beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge with awesome jams, chocolates and sparkling water. If you're looking for a dream getaway this is the place to be. Thank you Jess and Jonas

Elena responded quickly when our booked accommodation fell through. Check in was super easy and she communicated well. House was clean and homely and just what we needed for a time away. Great location!

Lovely and peaceful place to stay and get away from the city. The house accommodates 6 people and the 3 bathrooms make everything easy! The horses were very friendly if you have some carrots for them. And If you wake up early you can even see the kangaroos. I would definitely go back.

This Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous! Despite it being in the back yard of the owners house, it feels completely private and relaxing. The owner is super friendly and even allowed for early check in and late check out due to them not having any back to back bookings. Everything worked well, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Wifi works great which is helpful as the phone reception in this suburb isnt great (for optus at least). The pool was lovely to swim in and felt private. Owner provided us with everything you need in the kitchen, including food and drinks, which were such a lovely touch. There was absolutely nothing to fault about this property and the experience and i would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Caves Beach.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

House is amazing with such a beautiful view for sunset. Justin was lovely and very accomodating!

We booked for a group for my 50th birthday. The house and garden were perfect for us. So much space, different areas to gather and chill out and hang out together. Easy access to the lake for those who wanted to take a stroll. The house is well laid out with everything you need to cater to a larger group. We had a fantastic weekend. My only other feedback is the photos do not do the house justice!!! The living spaces are expansive!! We had the most fantastic time and highly recommend this house.

What a beautiful home. Beautifully furnished and presented. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and china. Lovely and clean. We had breakfast on the verandah and listened to the birds. It was very peaceful. Enjoyed the pool which was well maintained and the pool table was fun. Highly recommend.

This beach house was an absolute dream! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and the house it self was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The pool was a huge bonus, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Everything was well stocked, and the hosts were great. Can’t wait to come back!

Victoria‘s place was perfect for a girls weekend out of town. Lovely balcony with a view of the water. A bedroom each. A well appointed kitchen and very comfortable lounge room. Very close to all the restaurants and cafes at Ettalong and Umina.

with its multiple living areas, quality furniture and fittings, it's a very comfortable and stylish place to relax and enjoy the luxurious lifestyle created, the office desk had ample space and a spare monitor to connect you laptop, the pool tiling was safe for kids with a great non slip surface, bbq and kitchen cook top were great, TV's were big and quality, aircon was great, fridge with ice and water. Views of the beach with a great deck to enjoy a few drinks in the evening or your morning coffee. Plenty more... we will be back!! thank you Kim!!!

Although the weather was not good, the accommodation was great and met our needs. Everything that one might want in the kitchen was there. The view is lovely. The location is quiet and peaceful. Overall very happy with the accommodation.

If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

Lily’s place was beautiful! The house is spacious and surrounded by a large grassy area, creating a peaceful setting. It had the perfect number of rooms to comfortably accommodate my large group with 2 beds in each. Special thanks also for allowing us to bring two of our dogs. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience! 🌸

Amanda's house is a beautiful gem! we loved everything, the house with beautiful curated interior, the peaceful garden, the location close to the beach and with easy access to transport, and Amanda's welcoming and kind nature. She made us feel welcome from the moment we started communicating, was quick to respond and incredibly kind and easy to deal with. We stayed 2 weeks and would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay – 5/5 We had an amazing time at Morrad’s place. The highlight of our stay was definitely the kayak, which allowed us to explore and truly enjoy the area. What made it even better was that we could bring our pet along, making the trip even more special! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

I just loved my stay at Yantra's place. I arrived there at the end of a long and busy trip, and it felt like I stepped into the most calm and tranquil space - which was just what I needed. I was also welcomed by kookaburras :) The house is cosy, welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and the gardens are gorgeous. I spent 1/2 a day just reading books Yantra's fantastic library, and equal time at the beach which is just a 5 minute walk. I've never been to Avoca before and its a real haven - lots of bush and wildlife, and a relaxed vibe. It doesn't feel at all like a lot of the other surrounding areas. I couldn't recommend Yantra's highly enough and look forward to going back.

We absolutely loved our stay at L&P’s home. They were so warm and kind. We also loved seeing their border collie who lived above the BnB. I was particularly grateful to the hosts as they let us check in early. I came to visit Killcare for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. While on bridesmaid duties my partner got to enjoy the property, the beautiful view and the lovely large TV. We also enjoyed using the lovely wood fire oven and their well equipped kitchen and even got to do some laundry (so grateful). We will definitely be back. Just a stunning home.
