I can't say enough good things about Marla's Airbnb. We were there with another family in December and it's gorgeous! There was enough room to comfortably fit 2 families (collectively with 3 preschoolers and an infant). The separate but connected apartments were perfect for each family to have their privacy when needed but also come together. We had meals enjoying the beautiful view, snug next to the fireplace. The hot tub was wonderful. Communication was easy and Marla is graciously accommodating. For those of you traveling with infants, there's a baby bathtub and a pack n' play. I highly recommend and am hoping to come back soon.

Tim's place is beautiful and great for a family or a small group of friends. the views are breathtaking and aside from 1 neighbour(who was not there the whole time) it is a very private location. the place was spotless clean when we arrived!! we had some issues with sleeping arrangements as we got extremely unlucky with the weather while we stayed and were hit with cold fronts and rain. Was way too cold to sleep in the bunkie and unfortunatley there is no heating in there. I would say 6 people max to reach max comfortability in this cottage. We will definitely be back here with a smaller group and no baby!

This was our 3rd time at the location We love watching the ships go by. Always clean and kitchen has everything you need.

We had a wonderful time at Blake’s cottage. We enjoyed the relaxation, BQQ, and walking around the village of Westport, which was very close by. Our dog really enjoyed the property and town as well. We recommend the Lost Penny Pub in Westport for a drink and food. Thank you so much to Blake and Lizzie!

Lovely townhouse. Great tub and comfy bed! The garage was an added bonus. The hosts were very kind and helpful if we needed anything. The neighbourhood is a little busy/noisy and the bedrooms are bright in the morning so I suggest earplugs and a sleep mask if you are a light sleeper!

The waterfront is beautiful, with a well-kept fire pit and a peaceful lake that felt private during the week. The cottage was thoughtfully stocked with everything from soap and coffee to all the necessary appliances. The internet was fast, and the heat pump kept us warm on cooler nights. We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The fire pit was perfectly placed for sunset views, with plenty of kindling and wood. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. The fall colors were stunning throughout our stay. Highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway!"

What a wonderful 6 night getaway! This was thanks to a truly beautiful location, sitting on the dock watching the serene river ~ Beds were super comfortable, great living area with big, cozy sectional to relax and watch movies (TV has AirPlay!), and a very well-stocked kitchen to make homemade meals easy. We were greeted with a bottle of wine & a scented candle to make our stay extra special. Thanks to our host for super fast and very friendly communication too. We hope to return!

We came to ski for 3 days at Calabogie during March break. The location and view were ideal--a minute to the ski hill (that you can see through the trees out the main window) and parking was free and easy at the hill. This allowed us to come back to have lunch at the chalet and then return to the slopes in the afternoon. The chalet has several high end features--heated floors in kitchen and bathroom, and an induction stove and fancy microwave. it was nicer than we expected. We struggled a bit to figure out how everything worked (probably us, though--we have low tech stuff at home). The designer fridge and countertops and overall aesthetics of the kitchen are beautiful. The chairs were maybe a bit big and awkward to move around for the tight space they were in--was hard to get around them. That was a minor inconvenience, though--overall the space was a delight to be in.
