Elga’s Acres - entire apartment. Sleeps 4

The cabins were moved here in the 1960s from the Farragut Naval Base, where they were company housing. Clean, lived in and comfortable. We are walking distance of a theatre, mall, grocery store and a short walk to the lake path that leads to town. 3 miles to the base of Schweitzer. There is a large un-fenced back yard. Our units are not suitable for children. There is a busy cafe, highway and railroad tracks. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing oasis, this is probably not a good fits

Cozy, clean and brand new, The Spruce Street Hideaway puts you on the doorstep of Schweitzer Mountain (minutes from the Red Barn lot), shopping, fine dining and all the winter and summer activities that make Sandpoint, ID so special. The apartment is stand-alone meaning no issues with loud neighbors above or below you. We live next door in the main house, so should an issue or need arise, we got your back.

Cozy midtown basement private apt

This is a cute basement apartment in the heart of midtown Coeur d’ Alene. It is clean & comfortable with big daylight windows. The kitchen is supplied with the tools you need to make meals. Full bathroom with tub & shower. Large laundry room. It is a locked, completely separate apartment and private entrance. We are available if you need us, but will give you your privacy. Let us know if you’d like to use bikes. We have 2 beach cruisers (adult). Come enjoy beautiful North Idaho!

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
