Perfect location in a quiet complex, only across the street from Sunshine Plaza and a few minutes walk from Ocean Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was super clean, very nicely decorated and came with an enormous balcony. The pool and BBQ were free to use and the carpark was easy to find. I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the coast.

Great private space, spotless and Martin was super friendly and flexible with some things I asked with regarding check-in/checkout for the triathlon I was up there for. Highly recommended.

We had the most enjoyable time staying here! Tidy and spacious enough for our family of 6, it had everything we needed. Loved swimming in the pool each day and having the beach and cafes so close by. Definitely recommend and hope to be back ourselves 😊

I had a fantastic time in Maroochydore and part of that was because my accommodation was so good. The bed was super comfortable and the views were amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here and the location was perfect for my needs. Thanks to the hosts for being helpful and friendly in all communications with me. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot in walking distance to local cafes, beach and kids playground. Apartment is pleasantly spacious, with a second TV room so adults don't have to watch kids movies all day ! The pool is also private and very handy- literally out the back door. The view was amazing too. All the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful stay at Sam’s place, the location is just awesome right across from the water. The space is very homely and comfortable with everything you need and Sam is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

We were very happy with our stay at Sundancer. The top floor apartment was great, very clean and well appointed, and the balcony and roof-top views were fantastic, completely meeting expectations! Other things that we loved and were important to us were a location very close to Sunshine Beach amenities (coffee at Sunshine Social - our favourite), lots of space in the apartment, a comfortable bed and decent curtains to block out the morning sun, peaceful including quiet aircon and fans, and good secure parking. The building and grounds were very well maintained - we didn’t go in the pool, but it looked nice. Nathalie gave us a recommendation for a new restaurant in the village - we tried it out and it was great (Mine Restaurant). We will be back - 5 stars.

Great Place..... Great Location...Unit is well presented and stocked up with essential goodies. We had a great time.......could walk everywhere. Roof top is excellent for breakfast or night sky watching. All was great Thumbs up.

We had a great stay at Alan’s place. Alan is super friendly and gave us a warm welcome! Oscar is very cute although we didn’t had enough time to have a play with him. Will definitely consider to stay at Alan’s place again when next time going to Sunny Coast!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location for the beach is great! It’s literally across the road. About a 10 min drive to Hastings Street. The air con in the master was broken before we arrived but the team was really great in keeping us informed. It got fixed on our last day there which was fab. Clean place, good basic amenities and generally quiet. Great communication from the hosts and we hope to stay here again next year. Would recommend. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent communication and apartment location. We walked to the beach each day with our little dog in tow and had a great time.

We loved the stay at Tracey’s place for two weeks. You have the beach, the pool in the building, shops and cafes all within a 3min walk. We truly enjoyed all the local restaurant recommendations from Tracy and tried almost all of them. The interiors are absolutely beautiful and harmonious, it is completely redone and everything is well thought through. In the morning we listened to the rainbow lorikeets on the balcony and in the evening we watched the sunset with drinks. Can’t recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again when we come back to Maroochydore.

Jacqui was an amazing host. We traveled with a baby and she did everything she could to make our time in Noosa with our son as enjoyable as possible! She provided a baby bed, a highchair and she even gave us a wooden train he could play with which he loved. She was really nice to talk to and had a lot of good tips regarding what to do and see in Noosa. Regardless of the host the AirBnB itself was also very clean and pretty, perfect for the three of us. Thank you for the stay! We would definitely recommend.!

We had a great stay, was very comfortable for 8 people and was very close to beach, restaurants and convenience stores. We could walk to dinner each evening and was an easy walk to Caloundra. Apartment had many quality inclusions.

Fantastic place and close to everything for all family members. Very clean and easy to get in and out of. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend this for all.

A wonderful long Easter weekend break spent at an even better place. Location was amazing, walking distance to everything with our kids (8 & 4) having no issues. Playground so close to the apartment as well as the beach, restaurants and Coles. We were very welcomed with so many little thoughtful details in the apartment. Everyone slept comfortably in our beds and we rate cleanliness highly. Couldn’t have asked for a better time away and kids are already planning their next stay. Thank you so much for making our holiday unforgettable.

Amazing stay. Had everything we could need coming over from NZ. Place was bigger than seemed in photos as well. My husband & I had our 6,4 & 1 yr old and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable and not tripping over each other. Loved the buggy and stroller there which meant we didn’t have another thing to take on the plane. Thanks so much!!!!

The unit is in an excellent location in Mooloolaba. It's an easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The resort has great facilities and a well maintained pool. The unit is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. A simple booking and check-in procedure made this a delightful start to our holiday. Willow and Steve are great hosts, very responsive to questions and look after their guests.

Un grand Merci Tracy, nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement ! La décoration est soignée, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail le linge de maison de grande qualité, et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Chaque chambre climatisée dispose de sa salle de bain privative, ce qui est un vrai plus pour le confort. La vue sur le lagon est tout simplement magnifique, avec un accès direct à la plage depuis la terrasse. La résidence est sécurisée, avec un parking privé très appréciable. De loin l'un des plus beaux logements que nous avons loués. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Nous avons même eu la chambre de voir un kangourou se balader sur la plage le soir de notre arrivée :-)

A great apartment, perfectly located walking distance to the beach, restaurants and markets. The view is spectacular, and the balcony well set up to enjoy it. I’ll definitely be back!
