The house was nice, just as pictures showed and in a good area. Perminder was good at communicating and getting back to us and was always friendly. We had a lovely stay.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Birdham. The Air B&B was fantastic and spotless throughout. The house was extremely well equipped and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The garden was a beautiful sun trap with great addition of BBQ and outdoor furniture! We would totally recommend staying at this property, so much so we look to return next year! My only criticism was the early check out at 10am, but the hosts were extremely flexible in allowing us to check in early. Thank you kindly!

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

A lovely home. Our family of four - including two children age 6 and 9 - felt right at home. Close to the canal which makes for a great walk into town too. Thank you for letting us stay. We loved it.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

We had the loveliest of stays at Jonathan’s house. It was perfect for a special occasion and making special memories with family. The layout is a great set up for everyone to have their own space. It also felt very homey. The games room and play room are a lovely addition. There was something to keep all ages happy and entertained. We will definitely be returning!

Seacliff was a beautiful apartment. Views from the front of the property overlooking ventnor beach was stunning. The apartment was a short walk from the beach and local shops. The apartment was great. Very well equipped. Really easy to find. Perfect location! Would highly recommend

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

A really lovely flat in a beautiful location. I have stayed before with family but went back again as it was so nice. Karen is a great host, very easy to contact and shares all the information needed. Will definitely return!

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

Lovely spot, great location

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed. The bathroom is compact but well laid out. We enjoyed the view out to the sea. We had good weather but not quite warm enough to sit out on the balcony. We do hope to return.

A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Lucy and Andrew were perfect hosts - the place was beautiful, comfortable, and very homely. It was perfect for a walk to anywhere local, or short a drive if necessary.
