Note for 2024. We have reduced our listing price by 20% for the year as there is construction work happening locally. Some works may be quiet or hundreds of meters away and past guests have said that it has not been a problem for them. We do want to be completely honest with potential guests. Sleeps 10 + cot or z bed (extra cost) 5 bedroom villa with private pool and bbq. Only 500 meters from Coelha beach, has excellent beach bar restaurant plus others in walking distance. No need for a car One of the few modern builds close to the beach.
