Casa pulita e con mobili ed infissi nuovi, fornita di tutti gli utensili, wifi ed altro. Didier è una persona molto amichevole ed è stato sempre reattivo ai messaggi. Peccato che il giardino sia un pò in stato di abbandono, con un pò di cura l'alloggio diventerebbe davvero una piccola perla. Attenzione se avete una macchina lunga (SUV o station wagon o comunque superiore a circa 4,40 mt) perchè il parcheggio è un pò stretto e richiede alcune manovre per poter entrare/uscire. Potrebbe essere un problema avere lo spazio di manovra se il parcheggio è pieno.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Le logement se trouve dans un lieu très calme, paisible dans un bel environnement nature. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et il y a un rez de jardin/terrasse privatif. Il est bien placé pour visiter le littoral et l'arrière pays. Le logement est bien équipé et bien agencé. La literie est super confortable, en tout cas pour nous :-). La propreté est irréprochable ! Mairie et Laurent sont amicaux, accueillants et très discrets. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement !

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Dominique was very friendly and responsive. The house is at the top of a hill, so not very walkable to shops or restaurants, but very private with beautiful views. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Geoffroy, la maison correspond en tout à l'annonce ( environnement calme, pas très éloignée de la mer ). La maison est confortable, et propre. Le parking très appréciable. Geoffroy est sympathique, accueillant et ponctuel. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit in Pascals Apartement. Wie in vielen Kommentaren angegeben, muss man Treppen steigen (unser Kind hat 104 gezählt), aber auch mein Vater hat sie mit 88 Jahren mehrmals am Tag genommen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sensationell, die Lage zentral und doch ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Pascal war wie man's sich wünscht, insofern...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Florian, dans une résidence au calme, logement refait à neuf, très propre. Florian a été proactif à nos demandes. Merci à lui.

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. As well, our hosts were very easy to communicate with, which was helpful before and during our trip. We had a great time and highly recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in Nice. Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Eva a été une hôtesse hors pair ! Son accueil a été très chaleureux. Elle a été très proactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions et besoins. Elle a une personnalité très sociable et c’était un plaisir de discuter avec elle. ☺️ Le logement quant à lui a répondu à tous nos besoins sur tous les plans: bien situé dans un endroit tranquille, à distance de marche de toutes les activités qui nous intéressaient, sans oublier la localisation de Nice qui est proche d’autres villes d’intérêt. Bref ce logement reste sur notre liste de nos endroits préférés 🤩

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé hyper propre et surtout idéalement situé ( plage, port, commerces, marchés,restaurants....) Maryline est très gentille et très accueillante. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

L' appartement est vraiment super ! Spacieux, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Avec une très grande terrasse intime. Vraiment un endroit de rêve ! ! ! Sans oublier le parking fermé. La piscine est un atout supplémentaire. Le propriétaire Stéphane très attentionné, à l'écoute et disponible. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour, un grand! Merci

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amria. L'appartement est situé proches des commerces, de la plage ou même du vieil Antibes. Amria est une hôte disponible, réactive et de bons conseils. Je recomande vivement de séjourner chez Amria pour un séjour à Antibes.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.
