Worth every penny. At first we were hesitant, but we are so very glad we chose Jellyfish. The apartment itself is renovated and modern, better than the pictures. Perfect size for 2 adults, or a family with small children. You cannot have a better location in Vernazza (or in Cinque Terre, in our opinion). Being on the main square is great, but our favorite part is how few stairs there were to get to the apartment - especially after long days of hiking. The photos are very accurate of how to get inside. The apartment is quiet and has AC though we didn't need it. You can hear the bells from the church in the morning, and the view really is wonderful. The kitchen is spacious and separate from the living/sleeping area. The washing machine worked great, which we needed! We also appreciated the recommendations and suggestions provided. Our only tiny critique is that when the sofa bed is open, it blocks the path from the bed to the rest of the apartment. But we were able to adjust easily.

Great location to get to the beach and center of town. The place is small but included everything we needed. A few things to note, the shower is very small for tall people and the place sits right above the train tracks, so you do hear the train during the night. Even though it is on the 4th floor, the elevator is nice for luggage and the walk to the restaurants/beach is very quick. Location is the selling point of this rental.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the location is amazing - very close to the train station, restaurants and right on the beach. Communication was very proactive and we appreciated the walk through of the property on arrival. There is definitely a “retro” feel to the apartment, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall it was a great home base to explore the area.

Perfect location for exploring Cinque Terre. Short but stunning walk to train station. The stairs are quite steep, but our children were comfortable descending by the 2nd day. Also, we were concerned the train would be loud, but the high quality patio doors block nearly all the noise.

Luca was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The place was very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room. It felt like home. The location is perfect! It is a one minute walk from the station with a private gate and easy entry. We were even able to check in early. We were given great recommendations and tips. I think this is the perfect place to stay in Riomaggiore. Some of the best food we ate in Italy was in this town. If I return this would be where I would want to stay. Thank you Luca for all your help and generosity!

Enrica nagyon kedves házigazda, a megbeszélt időpontban várt minket. Mindent megmutatott az apartmanban és minden kérdésünkre válaszolt. Egy üveg chardonnay-el és ajándék táskákkal, süteményekkel, kávéval várt minket. Enrica az ottlétünk alatt is érdeklődött rólunk és válaszolt a kérdéseinkre, több éttermet, fagyizót is ajánlott. A szállás tiszta, rendezett és minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, a strandra és az éttermekhez is pár perc alatt eljutottunk. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom, nagyon köszönjük Enrica, csodálatos volt!🩷

Ruth's apartment was amazing. The view is spectacular and the apartment itself is a stand out. It was quite beautiful with a very open feel and was supplied with all the necessities including her incredible travel guide. It rained during our stay and Ruth was so helpful with keeping us up to date with what was open and where to go. Ruth is an incredible host and very quick with communication. Even with the storm it was a magical experience and one I would love to repeat.

Luca was fabulous! He met me after getting off the train, and escorted me to the apartment, and then went through the entire place so that I knew where everything was and how everything worked. The apartment was clean and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. It is not huge, but I would imagine none of the apartments in Cinque Terre are. I was travelling solo so it was more than enough space, also would be perfect for a couple. The location is also amazing, just a couple minute walk to the harbour and the Main Street for restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Thank you Luca!

This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

Stayed for 2 nights and it did not disappoint. Catherine was in contact by email with recommendations for activities and dinner a few weeks out. When we arrived, she met us and went through recommendations and showed us her place and then left us to relax and check out the place. You cannot beat the location, the views are 10/10 and step right out into the lower village where you can take a stroll or drop in for dinner, purchase a bottle of wine or take out pizza and watch the sunset. The place is clean, organized and everything works well. It is quiet inside and outside shutters keep it dark at night. The bed is comfortable and there are extra blankets. It is an easy walk to the upper village and the train station. We will be back!

What a great property. Super clean and thoughtfully-appointed, which is made that much better with amazing hosts. The location is excellent and although I only stayed here one night, I would have gladly stayed here longer - and hope to do so on a future visit back to the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend this place.

Ottima esperienza! L' appartamento è delle dimensioni giuste, attrezzato di tutto tutto, pulitissimo e luminoso....sul lungomare di Viareggio e a pochi metri dal ponte di legno della Darsena....strategico per partecipare alle sfilate di carnevale. ci ha accolto Sergio che è stato molto amichevole e gentile aiutandoci anche a sistemare i bagagli e dandoci indicazioni su locali e market nei dintorni. torneremo a Viareggio....torneremo a La baita sul mare. 🩵

It was more expensive on our list of stays but worth every penny! Andrea and Roberto were extremely helpful and responsive and gave extremely clear and easy directions from the train station! We fell in love with the view and even had dinner and wine one evening on the patio, which was covered amazingly so we could enjoy the view with the rain! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in the Cirque Terre area!!

Nytt och fräscht, nära tågstation (10 minuters promenad) och havet (2 minuter). Lugnt område, fin uteplats. Sköna sängar. Alla bekvämligheter du kan önska. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående uthyrare. Vi fick stanna lite längre då vårt flyg gick på kvällen. Om vi hade frågor angående något var de jättesnabba på att svara och jättehjälpsamma. Bättre boende är svårt att toppa!

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

We loved staying at this sweet place! Kelly & Yuri are fabulous hosts and made the stay so comfortable, offering all sorts of excellent local advice from restaurants to hiking. They met us at the train so we easily found the home, which is located up some adorable pathways. The view from the balcony & kitchen is splendid. We enjoyed hiking between villages & loved exploring the hilltop streets above Riomaggiore too. Our favorite meal was Dau Cila. I highly recommend this sweet home!

We really enjoyed our stay, like most places nothing is perfect but the house was nice. Private parking was perfect, and Bruno who meet us at the house was really nice in explaining the features of the house and parking. We were expecting nice views of the bay but unfortunately it was all blocked by huge shipping containers that didn’t allow us to see any of the water - but that is not host fault. Be advised the showers in both bathrooms are Extremely TINY. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the towns of Cinque Terre from there (about 30 min walk to train or 4 minute drive to park under the train station) . Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Sabrina est une hôte extrêmement sympathique et toujours disponible à la moindre demande, y compris pour les conseils touristiques. L’appartement dispose de toutes les commodités, en plus d’avoir une vue exceptionnelle. Le garage est un vrai plus considérant la région. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et l’appartement est un excellent point de chute pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is right in the middle of the old town and yet somehow extremely private and quiet! The space is unique and charming. The personal touches and generous welcome were unexpected & made is feel truly welcome and at home. Lots to do, great restaurants, friendly locals. The train is less than a 10 minute walk.

Wow! Amazing! Adriana’s place is perfectly described in the listing and in the best location. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. You could not ask for a better location in all of Cinque Terre. Adriana and her dad are amazing hosts. They met us at the train station and explained everything to us as well as gave information on the area. They were very responsive and super kind. I’m so glad we found their listing!

Nous sommes venus nous refugier chez Dino au dernier moment pour sabriter des pluies incessantes et nous avons trouvé un havre de paix. Tout est magnifique ici, le village, la vue, la region, on se sent chez soi dans la maison, elle a une âme ! Dino est super reactif et attentionné. Allez y les yeux fermés !

This place was absolutely stunning! There’s only a few balconies hanging over this street, and we were one of them!! We loved having plenty of options right outside. The recommendations were amazing! Thank you for making this the best part of our trip!! It felt like Amalfi Coast or Greece it was so beautiful.

In particolare ringrazio la direttrice, dott.ssa signora De Luca per la disponibilità e l' interessamento nel risolvere piccoli problemi. Complimenti anche al team di Airbnb con cui ho avuto contatti sia telefonici che con la messaggistica.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Bella casa con un terrazzo e un balcone su un paesaggio pazzesco. La casa ha tutto l'occorrente per una vita agiata: qualunque tipo di posate, di utensile, di elettrodomestico. TV, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, doccia enorme, quattro ristoranti sotto casa. Non potevo chiedere di più. consigliatissimo.

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.

Beautiful and rather special accommodation, perfectly located in Lerici. Enjoyed a very authentic experience. The view from the balcony over the bay is so pretty. Comfortable bed. Amazing shower! Francesco was friendly and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay.
