Tempatnya sangat bersih dan rapi, furniturnya masih baru semua. Tidak ada komplain berarti, semuanya sesuai dengan apa yang dideskripsikan. Nyaman dan luas, cukup untuk 10 orang.

We're having a delightful time staying here🥰 The interior & furniture feel homey. We really love the wooden furniture, also love how this house filled with calligraphies & instruments (piano & guitar) that create a character. This house is neat, tidy, and soo cozy! We would love to stay here longer💯 Inka and her family are very helpful, kind, & communicative. They show us around and recommend some local areas like a mosque and street foods nearby. They also helped me to take care of the stuff I accidentally left after check out, they're very responsive and responsible💯 The location is easy to find & close to central Jakarta if you wanna look around the city. You can easily walk around to explore local area, if you're a foreigner that curious about local culture this place is a good choice. The only thing that bothered us was the shower water pressure isn't strong enough, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Apartmen yg sgt bagus dekat dgn mall TA CP Neo Soho bisa berjalan kaki. Gen tuan rumah yg sangat responsif. Proses check in sangat mudah. Unit apartemen sesuai deskripsi dan foto. Bersih nyaman dan harga bersahabat. Fasilitas lengkap. Peralatan makan dan memasak semua ada. Bath and body wash semua ada. Setrika ada semua lengkap. Bisa utk 4 dewasa. Tentu kami akan kembali jika ke ke jkt lg.

мне понравилось это жилье, но рядом очень громко слышно мечеть. так же нет горячей воды, для меня это не страшно, но для семей с детьми, может стать не приятным моментом

Bagus, luas, nyaman dan bersih

The host gave me clear and detail information needed. The place is clean and complete with everything I need for daily acitvities such as kitchen with rice cooker and other utensils, clean bed and responsive host. Just hard to find grab car, need to spend 10 to 15 minutes earlier to book the grab. But it is nice as it close to some small shops and mall (Bassura). Moreover, the small bed has no airconditioner just an exhaust fan, maybe bcs of its small size. Overall, it was a nice stay, thank you.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Tempatnya Pak Jacob sangat bagus, sy sempat ragu akan review yang katanya tempatnya kurang dingin.. tapi alhamdulillah tempatnya sangat dingin dan ada fasilitasnya semua bisa dipakai seperti setrika, mesin cuci, kompor, kulkas semuanya berfungsi dengan baik.. saya menginap disini kemarin karna menonton maroon5 di JIS dan tempatnya tidak terlalu jauh hanya skitar 5 menit naik grab.. disekitaran apartment juga ada swalayan dan indomaret, tempat makan juga banyak.. sangat merekomendasikan menginap di tempat Pak Jacob, terimakasih pak Jacob untuk early check in dan late check outnya.. sukses selalu

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had the best facilities—everything we needed was available and in excellent condition. Julius was very responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. Also loved the location—just a short walk to the mall. Highly recommend!

the location is quite and strategic, very convenience with private lift. the unit is very clean and comfy like home.. I love the sofa btw.. the wifi is working well. there is a food court just accross the building. highly recommended 👍🏻
