Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

We had a fantastic stay. The unit was nice with modern decor. It was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Uptown Mall, restaurants and clubs. We recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

First of all, everything was exactly same as the pictures. The room was very clean. And I was impressed and surprised that all the items for kitchen were prepared. Microwave,Air fryer, toaster and even electric kettle too. Also, home service was dependable and useful such as room cleaning, and laundry. The location was also great. I would definitely recommend you to stay this place! No doubt. I’m going to come back to stay this place. And the host Mich, She is very friendly and very kind, sweet. Thank you Mich!

My family and I had an amazing stay! We ended up staying for 3 nights and 4 days, and the kubo was incredibly relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Rosalinda and her husband were fantastic hosts they even gave us some plants to take home! We’re already planning to come back for our annual family reunion. A special thanks to Bibing for making sure we were well all taken care of before she headed home. Plenty of space for our 15-pax group. The house was spotless and had so many interesting atifacts for the kids to look at and ask about. There are four floors and the stairs are quite steep, groups with seniors be advised. The rooms were cool despite the lack of air conditioning, good strong supply of hot water. Spectacular view out of the topmost balcony. Recommended, would stay again!

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

The owner and host are very accommodating and responsive. The owner is also very generous with the arrival and departure times. The place is worth the price—it's clean, fragrant, and everything works as expected. The ambiance is lovely and peaceful. We even had a bonfire at night. Our entire stay was perfect.

Our group had a wonderful time at Maria Lourdes' place! All instructions from check-in to check-out were communicated promptly, so we had no trouble getting in and out. She was also very receptive to our inquiries. The location was highly accessible and convenient, with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, the unit was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated how much there was to do inside the unit, including entertainment systems, games, and cards. Utensils and other cooking items were also clean and complete. Overall, our stay was worth the price, and we would highly recommend staying at their place. :)
