The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

It was our first time in the Philippines and Marlon was the perfect host. Avant staff was so friendly and welcoming. Marlon was super responsive if I had any questions and made awesome recommendations in the area. He provided clear instructions that made checking in to our quarters very smooth. The a/c was super cold and the apartment had more than enough room for 4. It was so convenient to have a working washer and dryer at our convenience. I will definitely be booking again!

We had a comfortable stay! The place is so nice and super clean. We love lounging at the sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with all the things you need and the condiments provided were lifesaver! Sir Ryan is very accomodating, responsive, and kind. He made sure that we're having a great time. We allso enjoyed resting at the balcony with the view of the pool, garden and city. Overall, this place is highly recommended! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Aura’s home is really perfect for a family getaway. I love how they decorated the living room and kitchen; same with the master bedroom and bathroom. However, the two 1st floor bedrooms and accessible bathrooms need some renovation. It’s off the city center but quite accessible. I’ll would recommend this to friends as I would still consider the place the next time I visit Baguio.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

Very clean and cozy place! I also appreciate the fact that you can find almost everything you need, from office supplies to phone cables. Great location with many eateries, 24hr convenience stores and access to taxis, etc. Situated in a more quiet part of Makati. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, simple but very effective.

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.
