Best air bnb i have stayed in Bangkok so far. The host is so responsive and helpful. The place is neat and tidy as described. Bedrooms are spacious. My favorite parts are bathrooms and message chair.

The hosts, Kunjira and Tawee, demonstrated exemplary responsiveness and thoughtful consideration throughout our stay. The experience was truly exceptional, with attention to detail that enhanced our overall visit.

Ohm and his entire team are great hosts. A lady named janejah as contact.The house is a beautiful and authentic canal house, everything very neat and clean. A bit noisy but not too bad. Ohm himself is personally very busy trying to preserve Thon Buri, the birthplace of the original Bangkok. The disrepair of the original canal house is unfortunately clearly visible. if there is no financial support for the recovery of the neighborhood and the houses, it will probably disappear completely in about 10 years. And that would be sad because not only the canal houses will have disappeared, but a large part of Bangkok's history. In other words, the origins of the real Bangkok are then gone. The area around the house is full of small alleys and streets where people live who enjoy having a chat with you. The tour boats can be experienced as a nuisance because they often rush past at high speed. The large water monitors are almost constantly visible somewhere. We loved it. Femmie &John

fantastic stay, very big with separated rooms which was nice, the local area is easy to traverse and instructions to navigate to the place were very clear.

the host and maid made sure we got settled in with some good advice about what to do on our stay. Apartment is lovely and spacious and modern. everything works well. sleeps 10 comfortably. would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful pool villa! The house is exactly like the photos – clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend it for big families or groups of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay at this property. The housekeeper is truly the selling point. She was very friendly and made an amazing breakfast every morning based on our requests. The breakfast was always tasty. She also did laundry for us. The area is walkable, though because one of our family members has mobility issues, we always used a Grab to get around.

My group of seven (7) enjoyed this property — We loved having our own private room, but could all gather in the common areas. It was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. It was a tad bit challenging getting food, but there’s a 7-11 and we found a few restaurants/cafes, within walking distance. Nice to have coffee available at the property! The two onsite ladies were nice and even helped with our laundry — I highly recommend you learn a few Thai words/phrases. FYI, there was some construction happening next door, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would stay here again!

Мы провели 3 дня на этой вилле и могу сказать, что это одна из лучших вилл, на которых я жил. Фото и видео в объявлении вообще не передают той красоты, которая там есть. Продуманы мельчайшие детали. Отличная техника, много развлечений, все чисто. Можно заказывать кофе по утрам, персонал приносит. Бассейн, сауна, грилль, лаундж на крыше. В общем это просто ТОП 👍
