We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Great communication from the host, always helpful and prompt. The condo was as pictured, easy to find, easy to park, comfortable, good coffee and nice on site amenities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This vacation home was just what was needed to have a restful reset vacation. Amber was extremely responsive, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. She answered any questions we had quickly. She has set her home to have all the amenities you need to be able to have a vacation with no stress or worries from games, to water toys, and more. All of us on this trip enjoyed the home and how fully stocked it was, especially the kitchen. It had everything needed to cook with. Both patios had plenty of places to sit and be able to enjoy time together with the pool table, bbq, or hot tub. The dock was great to go out and enjoy the peaceful lake and relax on in the morning with a cup of coffee and during the day with the good weather. We plan to return to enjoy this home again in the future. Well worth it.

Enjoyed staying at this wonderful home. A really comfortable stay for my family with two small kids. Our daughter loved the indoor swing and the proximity to the creek was super relaxing. Loved hearing the running water as I sipped morning coffee. Location is great- bakery, restaurants, wineries, the JL state park, and market were all within minutes of the home. Would highly recommend.

10/10 such a wonderful experience! quiet, private area. enjoyed the hot tub thoroughly, the bottle of champagne left in the fridge definitely boosted the experience (thank you!). already planning when we’re coming back.

We stayed at this home for 3 weeks and totally enjoyed the house the neighborhood and the surrounding area. The home was very comfortable, our host was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns and the neighbors made us feel like locals.

Kathy’s home in Bodega Bay provided us with the perfect opportunity to relax & unwind. It was a great place to just stop & breath, stop & take in nature. We watched the seals in the bay while sitting on the deck. Watched the deer each evening off the side of the house. The description of the house was spot on & included many extras. We especially appreciated the wide variety of coffees & teas, bath amenities, along with plentiful linens. Full washer & dryer another bonus. Also, there was no shortage of hangers. That may sound silly, but i never seem to have enough hangers. I always ask our hosts for suggestions & Kathy provided great insight on restaurants & nature, she nailed it. She provided detailed, in depth descriptions which assisted us immensely w/this being our first trip to Bodega Bay. We ate some fantastic, fresh seafood & we miss it already! We hope to return to the Bay someday & Kathy’s house will be first on our list!

A great trip! We were having a "moms weekend" away from the kiddos and felt very comfortable to relax, soak in the hot tub, and cook food in a great well-stocked kitchen. The kitchenware was high-quality, great cabinet of spices, and didn't at all feel like an empty rental. We also appreciated how many kids books and toys were available even without our kids there. Books for grown ups, too! And it was a nice treat to have a car charger.

The loft is perfect! A gem of a find! It is on top of a wine tasting room just overlooking the Sonoma square. We love seeing the square from our window…. especially during this Christmas season with all the lights and decor on the square. Check-in was a breeze. It had dedicated parking space. The loft is perfect with all the amenities carefully curated by the host. So thoughtful! It is not a full kitchen (no stove) but was perfect for what we needed. As it is across the square, walking distance to stores, wine tasting shops, restaurants, bars and historic Solano barracks.

We could only stay one night as we had a flight home the next day. It's an awesome place with four rooms and a deck to step out onto and view the lake. We were met personally to ensure that we could get in, as Jon had some trouble with his email that day. The bedroom was awesome for a couple on their honeymoon. The bed was positioned perfectly for watching TV that night after a long drive. Tim & Marli
