John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Nosso grupo - 10 pessoas - se hospedou em Casa Bill em janeiro/2025, o local comportou bem o nosso grupo. O casa estava impecável (limpeza, organização), tudo estava exatamente como mostram as fotos. O bairro é tranquilo e com facilidades próximas a casa (padaria, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes). Os anfitriões foram super presentes e rápidos em toda a comunicação conosco. Perto da data do nosso check in, nos enviaram as informações e combinados sobre a casa (tudo muito organizado), além de dicas importantes e bacanas sobre Buenos Aires. Foi uma ótima experiência!

Fui con amigos, casa amplia cómoda y limpia, celebre el cumpleaños de mi Esposo con un asado, con autorización previa de los administradores, pasamos un día lindo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía.

Il soggiorno a Buenos Aires di 9 giorni è stato esattamente come desideravo. L’alloggio ha rispettato in pieno la mia idea di BSAS ossia l’atmosfera di inizio secolo scorso, l’epoca d’oro della città, fatta di grandi viali, palazzi art decò - liberty ecc. con quel tocco di “decadenza” che appartiene alla città. Posizione ottima con metropolitana sotto casa. Market e altri negozi a qualche metro. Padrone di casa accogliente. Grazie

The perfect place for a (long term) stay in Buenos Aires. This is the third time I've stayed at Luciano's place. It's cosy, quiet and equipped with all the essentials. The location is great, safe neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. There is also plenty of public transport. Luciano is a wonderful host - friendly, respectful and helpful. He responds immediately and communication is proactive and prompt. All in all, you can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Sebastian was an absolutely amazing host. he went out of his way to assist us when we came and left. He gave excellent suggestions on great restaurants checked in frequently and was very responsive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with him and will be coming back!

Alojamiento muy acogedor, cómodo para ingresar y salir ya que es en planta baja, ideal si hay niños. Cocina muy cómoda. Susana se portó de 10 al conseguirnos una cuna para nuestro hijo. En pleno Caballito, con todo a la mano. 100% recomendable!

Perfect place to stay to access the Palermo area, lots to see within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen!

We loved our stay at Cynthia's place! We arrived at about midnight and the 24 hour security and Cynthia's clear instructions made check-in very easy! Would highly recommend the stay. The only complaint was that the hairdryer didn't work.

Nuestra estancia en el departamento de Flavio en Palermo fue excepcional. El departamento es exactamente como se ve en las fotos: cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público. Guillermo fue un anfitrión increíblemente atento y comprensivo. A pesar de que nuestro vuelo se retrasó y llegamos muy tarde en medio de una tormenta, él nos esperó pacientemente y nos recibió con una sonrisa. Su amabilidad y disposición hicieron que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos desde el primer momento. La verdad que muy recomendable! Buen lugar de estadía, ya que hay locales y kioscos cerca y te podes manejar a pie ya que las distancias son considerables. Además circulación de colectivos a cada momento
