What a briliant start to a long awaited Cook Island adventure (after a hectic departure - almost didnt make it thanks to airline mess up) Simon picked us up from the airport and then filled us in on the drive to the accommodation, stopping and pointing out places to eat, beach acccess points and heaps more. We d3cided to rent a car for one day as we were only on Raro for 3 and that was a great idea being able to take back roads, stop and start at whim and just feel we got a better sense of the place. We're off to Aitutaki now but will definitely be returning to Rarotonga in the future. Simon and Denise were great hosts...there if you needed with lots of help and hints but certainly left us alone if we were happy. Thanks for a brilliant first impression...they always stick. Excellent location, private n secure, we had everything we needed for our stay! this place is so nice n more then what we expected. Modern, clean n tidy. nice cold air con, ceiling fan, FREE WiFi n netflix, washing machine with all the bits that come with doing your laundry☺️ big balcony w bbq overlooking lush greenery! (loved sitting out there with my coffee watching the sunset) the photos don't do it justice! Maire went above n beyond to the point we had to drag her out of bed midnight to let us in. Hence, why you should use the safety key lock box to avoid this from happening 🫢 Maires thoughtful little touches, fruit bowl on arrival, what to see n do on the island booklets, coffee machine, to name a few, made it so much more welcoming! her comms were 10/10 she would often message to see if we were ok, or if we needed fresh linen/towels & scrap bucket needed to be emptied. overall this place is a steal & we will be back for sure! thank you Maire x

This beach house has everything for a very comfortable stay. It was very clean. Decent air conditioning, well equipped kitchen & BBQ, pool plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and just steps from the beach. Comfortable beds & windows with insect screens creating a lovely breeze as an alternative to air conditioning. Susanne & Robbie were perfect hosts.

The house was great, the location was perfect: it was easy to get to the beach and Muri town, and Cathy was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. We had a fantastic time!

Amazing Host! Tama was absolutely lovely and had great hospitality. Always responsive and was a quick problem solver. When the aircon was not working he immediately had a solution on the way. The house was absolutely breathtaking and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Loved it so much!!

The location is incredible. Step from the front lawn straight onto Muri Beach. Unlike other blocks along Muri there was a large yard so it felt very private. There was a vacant block on one side and a cafe on the other which played great music, had fantastic coffee, smoothies and food. Our kids spent their days playing cricket on the lawn, climbing the trees in the yard and playing on the beach.

Thank you to the wonderful Malina! There was nothing that she wouldn’t and couldn’t do for you. Malina was extremely accomodating and helpful. There were no issues with communication, Malina was able to answer queries in a timely manner. Te Rama retreat is immaculate, quite central and close to everything that Rarotonga has to offer. I would totally recommend absolutely suitable for all sorts of groups, families. Totally beautiful and truly one of a kind. X

I and my Family had a Great stay! Lovely kitchen and livingroom area. Lot‘s if space! And a well equipped kitchen and three sleepingrooms and three outdoor Seetang areas. We highly recommend this Place! Hans-Erik Switzerland

Great small home for a small family, in close proximity to all amenities. The pool was definitely a winner, being able to take a dip early in the morning and late at night to cool off. Well supplied with cooking equipment if you dont feel like eating out for the night.

We wholeheartedly recommend Kauare Manea Bungalow and our wonderful host, Alofa! From booking to departure, she was incredibly accommodating and communicative. Arriving from New Zealand with our young kids after a long journey, Alofa met us at arrivals, easing our transition. She even brought a ute for our luggage, anticipating our needs perfectly. The house was beautiful and felt like home throughout our week in Rarotonga. Our kids adored their “island home,” and we loved the comforts of a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a smart TV. The location was perfect, just minutes from a 24/7 supermarket and the beach. On our last day, Alofa generously offered a late check-out and transport to the airport. Her kindness and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly special. We are so grateful and can’t wait to return to Kauare Manea Bungalow. Kia Orana Overall we had an amazing stay at Tiare Villa and would recommend it to a family of 4/ 5 at max for a luxurious vacation. I would recommend to double check your check in dates as we arrived a day early we were fortunate that no one had book that day. And we were able to stay a day earlier. Thank you to Sharon. The villa offered breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. It was also convenient location just a short walk across the road to villis/ Kaps. Next door is New York City amazing coffee/ Ham and cheese Croissant. Go on Sundays they have sweets and savory. Very comfortable and clean 😌. I would definitely be back to stay again. Meitaki Maata
