Ev gayet temizdi. Konumu gayet merkezi, herhangi bir yere yürüyerek bile gidilebilir. Giriş sorunsuzdu. Tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, in the middle of Fetiye and the flat is lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Charos was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

01-11 Temmuz arasında konakladık.. Halk plajına 15 dk mesafede, Havuzu temiz ve gayet güzeldi. Çevresi gayet huzur dolu bir tatil yaşadık.. Konaklamamız sorasında bize önermiş olduğu turları değerlendirdik ve çok memnun kaldık. Turğut bey çok ilgili ve misafir Perver biri.. İlgi alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ederizz.

Öncelikle ev sahiplerimiz Safiye ve Apo’ya misafirperverlikleri ve ilk andan son ana kadar bölge hakkındaki güzel tavsiyeleri için teşekkür ederiz 🌸 Ev tam olarak açıklamalarda anlatıldığı ve fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, muhteşem güzellikte bir manzarası var her sabah bu kadar güzel bir manzaraya uyanmak konaklama deneyimimizin en güzel yanlarından sadece biriydi. Ev tertemizdi, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm eşyalar mevcuttu, detaylar incelikle düşünülmüş ve mükemmel bir dekorasyona sahipti. Biz kendimize ait araçla geldik, otopark konusunda bir sorun yaşamadık çarşıya ve denize inmek araçla bir kaç dakika sürüyor, araçsız olanlar için yürüyerek kısa yoldan ulaşım da varmış. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev ve herkese de içtenlikle tavsiye ederim.

Kaş’a tekrar gittiğimizde başka bir konaklama arayışına girmeden yeniden Canan hanımın evini gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edeceğiz. Her şey son derece detaylı düşünülmüş evin manzarası mükemmel sabahı ayrı akşamı ayrı.. yürüyüş alanı Kaş’ın merkezi çok rahat yürüyerek her yere ulaşım sağladık. Canan hanım gerçekten çok kibar ve ilgili idi her şey için tekrar buradan teşekkür ediyorum 🩷🌸

This apartment is at the highest point near the D400 road, with a great great view. The room is clean, tidy and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. For self-driving, I highly recommend this room❤️

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız bu ev çok huzurlu ve sakin geçti. Levent bey bize çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Elimizde olsa tatilimizi daha da uzatacağımız çok keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Wir verbrachten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub in dieser besonders gepflegten Villa. Der Ausblick war wunderbar und man konnte wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und Untergänge betrachten. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und alles gut ausgestattet. Auch Askin und Okan ließen keinen Wunsch offen und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. 3 günlük bir kış tatili için geldiğimiz Fethiye'de Fahri Bey'in evinde huzurla konakladık. Aracımız olduğu için ulaşımda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ama toplu taşıma ile de çok rahat ulaşılabilir bir konumda. Eve girdiğimizde ilk dikkatimi çeken fotoğrafları ile birebir aynı ve tertemiz olmasıydı. Fahri Bey'in annesi temizliğe belli ki cidden çok önem veriyor, evimizin konforunda ve temizliğinde bir 2 gece geçirdik bu evde. 3 yaşındaki oğlumuzla birlikte geldik ve onun güvenliği için de kalacağımız yerlerde çok fazla eşya ve risk oluşturabilecek (cam, sivri cisim vb) eşya olmamasını tercih ediyorum. Ev çok yalın ve modern dekore edilmiş, ayrıca banyo dahil oldukça geniş alan mevcut, otel odası gibi daralmıyorsunuz. Yaz tatili planımız olursa yine burada konaklamayı tercih ederiz. Nazik iletişimleri ve misafirperverlikleri için hem Fahri Bey'e hem de annesine çok teşekkür ederim.

Fotoğraflardan daha da güzel bir ev! Enerjisi bize çok iyi geldi. Rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim.

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
