Overall a nice place, has the basics. Very close to a decent juice/smoothie shop and the college. The host is communicative, with a little delay, so work out arrival times early. Best if you don't have last minutes changes.

Great hostess and perfect accomodations

For a first time using Airbnb the experience was great, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The amenities made it more convenient for people like us who travel for work to be able to cook at home, do laundry at home vs staying at a motel, eating out every night, and finding a Laundromat to wash clothes after work.

Enjoyed my stay. Everything was great except saying I stole a cord. That was a terrible feeling.

This was the perfect location to stay for our rockhounding trip in the area and our first time visiting Arizona and traveling the state. We had everything we needed in our cozy fifth wheel rental and our hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating and shared with us the history of the property. We enjoyed beautiful tranquil views and sunsets, it was so peaceful! We look forward to visiting again! Thank you for having us Old Adobe Ranch!

First, George was an excellent host. He was always quick to respond to anything that I had questions about. The home itself was perfect for what I needed, as I used it during a 6 week medical rotation. It is only a 4 minute drive to the hospital & only 3 mins from Walmart. The place is clean, had fast wifi, and the shower is hot. Only downside is no washer/dryer. I would recommend this place to anybody needing a stay in Safford/ Thatcher. Pro tip.. bring some hangers!

We had a great weekend! We came down to visit with family and had a blast. The place was perfect. It had everything we needed, was very clean and we felt right at home. The host, Daniel was super friendly and very responsive. Would recommend 10/10
