If you’re looking for a perfect location for a beach holiday in Maspalomas, look no further! You’re directly on the beach, close to great restaurants, bars and shops, and a quick walk to a taxi rank to help get you around the island. We traveled with 6 people and this place more than fit all of us comfortably. You have a lot of space to relax both in private and communal spaces which makes it perfect for groups. The place has everything you would need during your stay and the team is helpful when called upon. While I can agree with some of the reviews about dated decor and the need for an upgrade at some point, our overall experience was still great and I’d definitely stay here again!

Reviews are very important when considering booking a property. The location is perfect, literally a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, bus station. There are steps down to the main area of Puerto Rico but very easy to navigate. We were a group of 4 and we loved everything about it. Having 2 bathrooms was great. It is as shown in photos. The addition of beach towels, beach bag etc was lovely. There are chairs on the small balcony upstairs which is lovely on the sun with lovely views of the sea. There is a large table and chairs in the front area. The pool is just beautiful and very clean, never busy. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had a great time at Else’s place. It was better than it looked in the photos! The back garden with a private pool and lots of privacy was fantastic, and there were great areas for sunbathing, dining and lounging. The kitchen was very well equipped and we felt that the place had everything we needed to feel at home. It is a 30 second walk from the grocery store, a 1 minute walk from the 1st tee at Anfi Tauro Golf and a 3 minute walk from the Anfi Tauro Par 3 and range. A perfect place for golfers. Parking was very easy as there were always many free spots outside the grocery store. Would highly recommend Else’s place for anyone looking for a relaxing and stress free vacation!

U Haridian se nám líbilo a problémy které nastaly nám pomohla vyřešit. V období 28-25.12. nám ale byla uvnitř večer zima. V ubytování není žádné větší okno. Vše bylo ale podle obrázků. Výřivka fungovala správně. Haridian nám připravila vánoční výzdobu a to bylo moc milé. Chyběl nám jen prostor na sluníčku a čistota ubytování mohla být lepší. Celkem se nám líbilo.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr genossen. Angefangen von der wunderschönen Aussicht, dem Pool, der liebevollen Einrichtung bis zu der Nähe zum Meer und dem Supermarkt. Ganz besonders toll war die Gastfreundschaft von José und seiner Frau. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

The apartment was good size, nice and sunny terrace with a great view. Appreciated the access to hotel services. Pool area very nice, but the decking needs some fixing. There are only a fee restaurants in Cura, but there are plenty in Puerto de Mogan or Puerto Rico.

Mi estancia en el alojamiento de Luigi fue excelente. Todo limpio y organizado. Luigi es un excelente anfitrión y siempre está atento y disponible. La casa es realmente acogedora. Totalmente recomendable. Me encantaría volver a hospedarme allí en otras ocasiones ya que viajo muy a menudo a Gran Canaria! Gracias por todo y por la excelente atención y amabilidad!!

This flat was the highlight of our trip! The location is as good as any place you can find in Las Palmas. The balcony looking over the beach will keep a smile on my face for the next month. Great access to the beach, restaurants, bars, and more. Also, it never got too loud from the foot traffic. Kristina and Glenn were great and made the check in and check out incredibly smooth and easy. No parking if you bring a rental car, but they will advise you on some affordable parking options.

We had 5 great weeks in Sandra’s apartment and are very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and spotless. Sandra is the perfect hostess! She is helpful with recommendations and always responded quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, modern, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed plus so much more. It felt more like a home than a holiday apartment as it had so many extra amenities like extension cord, lots of extra towels and linens and a completely outfitted kitchen. It has a beautiful view from the big terrace overlooking the ocean. The location is convenient to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and everything you might need. The wifi is fast and worked well and we were able to make video calls to our family in Canada. We hope to stay again next year for another 5 weeks of paradise.
