Front deck overlooks the Grand Traverse Bay where you can sit back and enjoy an amazing sunset! Back deck has nice table&bbq grill. A fire pit just off the back deck. 2 blocks from downtown Elk Rapid's movie theater, shops & dining. Perfect location for any getaway.

The Perfect Getaway Between TC & Crystal Mountain

Pey Friendly! Boat for your use! We are close to numerous activities and great restaurants. Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake. *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Moutain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

REMODELED cottage in an excellent location on Silver Lake, Traverse City w/108 ft direct frontage. 10 minutes to downtown TC. It is one of the nicest inland lakes in TC. Paddleboat, canoe, & stand up paddleboard included. 1 queen bed on main floor and 2 fulls in the loft. Laundry, wi-fi, and Hulu live streaming . Deluxe Beachside Suite

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. Two queen size beds are on one side of the suite and queen size sleeper sofa is on the other side with a living area and kitchen. Both sides have full bath, tv and room to lounge. Situated in Old Town, this home is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping and much more! Home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, two living areas, laundry room, Wi-Fi and cable. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles. Attached to the rear of the house is a one-bedroom studio apartment that is also rented out it is separated by double doors with locking deadbolts on each side as you would see in adjoining hotel rooms.

The perfect house for your northern Michigan vacation. Our place is close to a paved walking/biking trail called the TART Trail, with a peek of Cedar Lake, and about a block west of West GT Bay with access to a Marina and Boat Launch. It is situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula and 5-10 minutes from downtown Traverse City depending on traffic. We absolutely love this home and know that you will too!
