We wanted a place to celebrate Thanksgiving together and this was perfect!! The classic oven/stovetop worked perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice house and neighborhood, with lots of space. We enjoyed visiting the Air Force Museum and the Carillon Historical Park. Loads of other historical sites in the area we will have to make another trip. We would definitely stay at this house again.

This place was great for our family. There was plenty of room for our group. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. We liked the labeled kitchen cabinets. It made finding things and returning them easy. The coffee spot was wonderful, even included syrups to flavor. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the electric fireplace with temperature control. We made use of the games provided. If we come to this area again, we would check to see if this place is available before looking for other properties. Hosts very responsive.

This home was like stepping into a groovy time capsule—but with all the comforts of today! The spiral staircase is a showstopper, and the cute vintage wallpaper adds character to every room and ties together the retro vibe beautifully. We loved the large, open backyard. While it wasn’t fenced, our dogs stayed close and still had a blast exploring. A fenced yard would make it absolute perfection for pet owners! This place is a gem for anyone who loves mid-century charm, cozy touches, and plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Such a fun place to stay! We used the sauna and the massage table and played games. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better to try out the patio and the hot tub. The area is very private and the house is super comfortable.

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location was ideal, making it perfect for our family reunion. The house was spacious and accommodating, providing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The fire pit and hot tub were definitely the highlights of our trip – we spent many nights gathering around the fire, sharing stories, and soaking in the hot tub. The amenities were well-stocked, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a family getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our 5-day stay. Highly recommend!

My girlfriends and I came to Yellow Springs for a Girls Trip. Despite the rainy weeekend, we had a fantastic time. Brittany’s home is exactly as described - very detailed instructions on how to get in and use all the amenities listed. We enjoyed looking at all the art in her home and counting all the pretzels! Brittany gave us some recommendations of places to eat and see while we were in town. Side note, if you need something to do in the rain, look up Outside the Box art studio. It’s closer to Dayton but has walk-in hours for painting pottery. Super fun place.

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

Our stay at Urban Oasis was fabulous. The home was beautifully decorated and it was one of our favorite places we have stayed. Everything you need and the location was walkable to the town square which has a little bit of everything you want and/or need. Stephanie was so very nice and accessible throughout the entire process. Thank you Stephanie for making our stay so wonderful and creating a beautiful atmosphere and home away from home.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

The Garden Place in Dayton was perfect for our visit ... easily one of the nicest, best appointed, charming places we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to homemade banana bread in the fridge. Plenty of towels & pillows, info on local restaurants, parks and happenings, close to shopping, downtown, UD campus and bike trails ... even charging cables in the bedroom. We'd happily return next time we're headed to Dayton (which is a great city!). Cheers!

The host gave instructions on how to find the location, how to enter and for check out. They allowed us to walk the property and interact with their farm animals. They were very kind.
