What a wonderful cozy place to entertain.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great week away. The owner was very sweet and willing to fix any issues that arose. The amenities were perfect and the location of the house itself suited us perfectly. A great vacation overall!

Nikos was fantastic and the house was perfect. We were evacuating for a hurricane and were able to very comfortably sleep 5 with more than enough room for everyone. My mom and aunt took an hour drive to visit a casino during the stay and Pensacola FL is a very short drive as well. The house feels like a nice retreat out among fields but the closest town is like 1 mile away. The last few times I’ve rented through apps I’ve felt like there was a bait and switch. Pictures taken in a way to give you an impression of the place that far exceeds reality. This place was not like that at all. It’s a very nice property and it’s very clean, very roomy, and very inviting. Nikos was also fantastic. He was very attentive and you could tell he wants people that stay at the house to have a good experience. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful home. Perfect location literally a walk across the beach. Pool was a major plus for the kids! House was very well stocked with beach and pool towels, beach toys, etc! Truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us ❤️

this was a perfect, cozy spot for us and our dog! the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet although in great proximity to the main roads, restaurants, and stores. I love the bright and shiny new tub in the master bedroom and the super soft towels!

Had a great week at Wendy's. Location was perfect for us-close to family and pretty much everything else! Home had a great lay-out-great space. Backyard was awesome! Hope to stay here again!! Cheryl-March 2025

The house was beautiful. Very roomy and clean. Perfect fit for my family. Barbara was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Checked on us to make sure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything. What a very sweet and kind lady. We will return to stay here on any future visits. Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This was our first time booking an air bnb so we didn't know what to expect. We booked 2 houses side by side and it was more than perfect! Our family had 16 guests and 1 baby and it worked out great! The access into the house was easy and simple. The house was in great condition. It was very clean. All the appliances worked perfectly. Showers worked perfect. A/C worked wonderful in this hot weather! It's located in a more rural area so just be aware that you're limited to restaurants or shopping areas. It has the basic stores but you must be willing to drive about 10-15 minutes to your local walmart or better restaurants. We understood that before booking. Key properties was very infomative and communication was fast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities were very accommodating.

I can’t say enough about this rental. First of all, it was spotless and everything seems new. It is in a great location on the canal and only two blocks from the beach. There is a wagon provided that you can take to the beach. Beach access was super simple. A few blocks away were plenty of restaurants and tons of shopping, but the place itself was quiet. The master bedroom is huge and so is the master bath. The second bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk bed over it. The room is smaller, but has a balcony. The master bedroom has a balcony also. There are two balconies on the top floor where the main rooms are. You definitely have to climb some stairs in this property. The bedrooms are on the main level up one staircase and the kitchen dining room and TV room are on the next level up. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Appliances seemed new. We never had to speak to the realty company once. Everything was exactly as listed. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

The place was nice but it smelled kind of musty and my mom has some asthma issues but dmitry was very kind and helped us get a refund due to my mom’s issue.

The Hive was big, new, clean, and only steps from the pool. We were able to park our vintage limo under the house, so it stayed nice and cool. Everything worked and the place was well stocked. More importantly, the beach wagon was easily the best I've ever used. When we booked, we were concerned about the beach being too far away or a hassle to get to, but it couldn't have been easier (honestly it added about 3 yards walk compared to actually staying in a beach side condo). I plan to stay here again. Great place!

We stayed here for two nights for our Pensacola stay. It was worth the price if not more. Felt right at home, was clean, private, and very spacious. We had no issues checking in or communicating with the host. We would recommend the stay here over and over!!

10 out of 10. Afua's home was the perfect location for our family event. The house is neat, clean, and tidy with lots of space to spread out. The upstairs living area was a super plus for us with an additional family room, bathroom, and kitchenette. The main floor layout was perfect with the extra bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is fabulous - updated, modern, lots of counterspace, with nice amenities. Love the new, large fancy fridge. The location of the home couldn't be better - it's walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants, with the Gulf and the Sound on either side. Afua was a gracious host - always responded to questions and graciously allowed our small family reception. Afua even allowed us to see the home beforehand. This home will be part of our family's memories forever. Perfect space, perfect home, perfect host. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to Afua.

The house was very comfortable and close to our relative's home. Good location for traveling to various spots we wanted to go. For a weekend venture, it was perfect for us snd our pet.

The house was perfect for our Mardi Gras trip!! Peaceful area and very spacious home. We had no complaints. Everyone has space for privacy but also roomy enough for us to hangout together. Would definitely suggest to friends and come back again.
