前有稻田背靠小溪的可愛小屋，未抵達前有點擔心會不會在田中央，前不著村後不著店的。但其實就在大馬路轉個彎就到了，附近也有7-11和一些小吃店。實際位置也就在機場/baan kang wat方向再往南一些，距離清邁老城鬧區也不算太遙遠，有開車很方便，還可以沿路看看觀光區外當地人的真實生活景色！ Host是台灣人，溝通上完全無障礙，線上提供了很多協助。空間乾淨簡單又有很多喜歡的小細節，沙發上一眼愛上想偷走的老布 😆 草席上矮矮的小茶几一角放上藤籃和茶具，窗邊木桌上整套手沖咖啡工具加上小巧音響，音響對於獨居旅客降低空曠黑暗的恐懼幫助極大，還有不知道該怎麼說就覺得配置很好的燈光設計！ 基本配置很貼心完整，親膚乾淨的床組和好睡的枕頭，露台的小廚房也有烤箱/微波爐及廚具可自行使用，這次一個人旅行時間也不充足沒有使用到，若是團體旅行感覺夜晚一起在露台吃火鍋或喝酒一定很棒。 獨旅女子準備了啤酒和餅乾，在客廳放著音樂享受了放鬆舒適的一晚，有機會一定還要來！

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

My experience at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. The accommodation was precisely as described—spotlessly clean, elegantly decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. The host was incredibly gracious, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Although the location is somewhat remote, it is easily accessible by moped, with convenient proximity to local attractions and dining options. I felt entirely at home and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.😊

This place used to be a preschool, so it's a great choice for families with small children. There's a playground and sandbox where my kids spent most of their time, and a fully stocked playroom and library. It's also on a quiet side street right in Nimman, so it's easy to get around to a lot of great restaurants.

I absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The property is amazing with saunas and ice baths. The place backs onto a little pond and it’s so peaceful. They also have a really cool place for drinks and food. Although the location is a little far from Chiang Mai it meant it was so peaceful and it’s easy ride in if you rent bikes. If i’m ever back i’ll definitely stay here again. It’s also super clean and has great amenities. Also grounds are kept so well. Overall beautiful property, very value for your money, very satisfied. Host is also quick at responding.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

I loved my stay here, and would definitely stay again! It’s nice location not too far from centre of Chiang mai however has its own centre with a mall, loads of shops and food places all waiting walking distance. The apartment had a balcony which was lovely for chill time and all around I felt at home I staying here. I would recommend to all for short and longer stays!

Nous sommes un couple de Français et avons passé un peu plus de deux semaines dans ce logement, et tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos, et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est top avec une super piscine pour se détendre et surtout une véritable salle de sport ! Contrairement à beaucoup d’Airbnb qui mentionnent une salle de sport sans équipements sérieux, ici, on a des haltères jusqu’à 25 kg, plusieurs bancs de développé couché, un rack à squat… Bref, de quoi vraiment s’entraîner correctement. Autre gros point fort : l’emplacement. Il y a un mall moderne juste à côté avec un food court, parfait pour manger varié et facilement. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Chiang Mai, n’hésitez pas, c’est ici qu’il faut venir ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter.

귀엽고 사랑스런 나나를 호스트로 만나서 참 좋았어요 ^^ 사진에 나온대로 그대로이고 나나의 빠른응답과 세심한 배려로 아주 행복한 31일 일정을 마무리 지었어요 ㆍ마지막 체크아웃까지 배려의 끝판왕인 모습이 아주 인상적이였구요 ㆍ숙소도 아주 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 숙소의 부대시설도 좋았고 볼트나 그랩도 순조롭게 잘잡혀줘서 한달살기 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 더원콘도에서 지낸 31일 아주 좋은 추억이 되었어요. 나나~항상 행복과 행운이 함께 하길 바래요~~^^
