Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

La casa di Carmen era incredibile. La casa è pulita, ordinata e trovavamo tutto quello che serve a noi. La casa è situata in un angolo e subito davanti al lago ed era molto piacevole fare una passeggiata alla mattina sul lago in piena tranquillità. La stanza dove ci sono sauna e jacuzzi ci portava la sensazione di stare in un altro pianetà dello zen e ci siamo goduti tantissimo! Super consigliata !

My family stayed at Daniela's beautiful house over Christmas. We had a relaxing time at the quiet lakeside home. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was fantastic because we love to cook. Daniela and Alessandra are great hosts, and they responded quickly to all our inquiries. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the island of Monte Isola. When we arrived on the first day, we were tired from the long journey. Daniela and Alessandra welcomed us with lots of delicious goodies in the kitchen and a nice sparkling wine. Much appreciated! It's advisable to travel by car.

Fantastic stay. Apartment is perfectly situated for everything in Varenna. Had an issue with hot water on one day but was resolved swiftly. Will stay again when in Varenna!

Eine geräumige, ansprechende, freundliche Wohnung in schöner Umgebung, ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits vom Rummel in Venedig. Sauber, hübsch eingerichtet, mit Aussensitzplatz, den wir jedoch leider wegen den kalten Temperaturen nicht nutzen konnten. Zuerst brauchte einen Moment um herauszufinden, mit welchem Boot man nach Murano Museum kommt, anschließend sind die Beschreibungen hilfreich. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder hier zu übernachten.

Mauro ci ha accolti calorosamente e ci ha fatto subito sentire come a casa. L’alloggio e’ perfetto per chi come noi ha amici a 4 zampe. Il giardino è molto bello la casa dotata di ogni comfort. La vicinanza al lago è perfetta per passeggiate in un contesto affascinante come il Garda. Abbiamo soggiornato a Capodanno e il clima è stato magnifico! Fantastica esperienza. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Mitten des kleinen Orts Lesa gefühlt! Auch mit Hund sehr geeignet, da schöne Spazierrunden mit Blick auf den See unmittelbar vom Haus zu erreichen sind. Silvia war eine tolle Gastgeberin!

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt sowie schnelle Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir super entspannen und die Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and absolutely loved our time here. Simona is one of the sweetest host ever and she left so many thoughtful touches for us. You will feel right at home staying here. The view from the patio is so beautiful and the yard was perfect for our dogs to play and exercise. I could not have asked for a better house or host!

We had a wonderful stay at the small house by Lake Vagli. It’s well-equipped and offers absolute tranquility with starlit nights and a cozy garden perfect for stargazing or watching squirrels. This spot is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy a slower pace. Phone signal is limited, but Wi-Fi works great, allowing you to disconnect without feeling isolated. The lake is just a few minutes' walk away, with clear and warm water for a refreshing swim, though there’s no traditional beach. The garden’s jacuzzi, loungers, and awning provide comfort even on hot days. The house was a great base for exploring Tuscany, and we loved returning to the peaceful haven each afternoon. Note that a car is essential, as the nearest restaurants and shops are about a 20-minute drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet escape. We’re confident the hosts will continue to maintain this lovely spot, making it an even more special retreat in the future.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Wir hatten zu sechst einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus mit retro Charme hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und einen wunderschönen Garten mit Blick auf den See direkt am Fähranleger. Stefania reagierte immer schnell und flexibel und sendete tolle Tipps!

Liebe Yvonne, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir hatten alles was brauchen in der Wohnung. Der große, umzäunte Garten war für unseren kleinen Sohn toll. Er konnte alleine raus und Fußballspielen. Yvonnes Enkel war noch ein plus als toller Mitspieler. Yvonne hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist super, toller Blick, aber nicht zu hoch, so dass man schnell auf der Hauptstraße ist. Große Supermärkte und ein schattiger kinderfreundlicher Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! We were incredibly happy with our stay! Loved the place so much we chose to stay in for the entire first day and just enjoy the house, laying out on the lounges and enjoying the beautiful spa and lake view! Everything was perfect, highly recommend!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

La casa di Cinzia è bellissima, ben organizzata per una vacanza, perfetta per una coppia che cerca privacy e relax. Un po lontana dal centro del paese, per chi non ama camminare, ma gestibile. E' stato facile parlare con Renata, la persona che si occupa della casa, molto disponibile e gentile. Davvero una bella vacanza. I nostri cuccioli, un cane e un gatto sono stati bene, il giardino è splendido e recintato. Era proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Grazie!

Staying at Paola's place was just what my mom and I needed for a lakeside getaway. Paola accepted my request immediately despite few days notice, and although she was away on her business trip, her collaborator helped us check-in while staying in close touch with me for the whole process. The place is as described with a lake-front view of Lago Maggiore from the living room and the bedroom, and the side view of the beautiful garden. It was located on a gated hillside community so it felt safe, secure, and secluded. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay from laundry detergent to balsamic vinegar and a bottled water in the fridge. The great care and warm hospitality of Paola shined through on every corner from the choice of well-appointed furnitures to flower patterned toilet rolls. It was so wonderful staying in on one rainy day as we felt right at home reading and sipping tea as we watched the rain fall on the lake. We can't wait to return!

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb for our honeymoon and we cannot recommend it enough! The location is perfect, nestled in a lovely area that feels both welcoming and peaceful. We did a lot of research on the areas around lake como to ensure we were not in a super touristy area but could still walk places. The hosts were incredibly responsive, ensuring that every question we had was answered promptly. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the amazing food options nearby. We discovered several local restaurants and cafes within walking distance, each offering delicious meals with beautiful views. Overall, this stay exceeded all of our expectations, and we can't wait to return! If you're looking for a cozy spot in a quaint area this is the place for you!

Jennifer’s place is well located and with nice views to the lake and a very quite rural surroundings. Ideal for family stays. Jennifer makes you feel at home, every detail in the house is well taken care off, a very warm and comfortable home far from home. Do not follow Google map to arrive there but the instructions given by the owner. We will certainly repeat our stay!
