We came into town for the Big 12 tournament and Jake's place was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. Our young adult kids loved the basement gameroom/theater/gym and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. It was close to stores, restaurants (Joe's BBQ!), parks for pickleball (Jake has all the equipment, so no need to pack), and really easy to get downtown for games. We were just so impressed with the neighborhood and how quiet and peaceful it was. All of us loved the comfortable beds, space to spread out, and nice entertainment options. The kitchen was very equipped. The best part was Jake's awesome communication. He was very prompt, personable, proactive and one of the best hosts we've had for a vacation home (and we've stayed at a lot!). Would highly recommend The Ranch if you're coming into KC.

Great place for a family to stay when in the area. Good location and lots of activities at the house for all ages.

Great location for a family Christmas weekend. We got snowed in so the hot tub and spacious living room were so nice to have. Host was responsive and prompt when we needed to extend an additional night due to the snow storm. Not at all an issue but it may be helpful for it to be pointed out that there isn’t a bathroom in the basement and isn’t a shower on the main floor. Just something to note. ☺️

Our family really enjoyed our stay! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this place to ensure a great stay and we really appreciated it! From the backyard amenities, to the garage game room, and the theater room, we loved it all. she was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her flexibility in our arrival time! would absolutely recommend!

We loved staying in this enchanting cabin. The cabin is so modern yet quaint and cozy. The entire wall of windows opens up to an outside view. Including a stream and bridge. The morning views were peaceful and the evening views were lit up with lights hanging from the trees. Everyone we met were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. We truly couldn't have asked for more.

Loved the big kitchen, there was plenty of room for all of us to be in there prepping and cooking meals together. The kids loved the downstairs area and having their dance parties. The house was very spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Downtown loft. Location is great in downtown Kansas City. Some confusion with original listing showing Overland Park as the location but was pleasantly surprised that this loft was downtown. Convenient location and within walking distance or streetcar ride to a lot of stuff. Place was clean and spacious.

This house was perfect for our family that consisted of 5 adults and 5 kids for a quick trip to Kansas City. The house is in a great location that is a close 10-15 drive to Kansas City. The house is spacious, decorated darling and clean. Cassy was fantastic to work with and we would highly recommend this place. The kids want to come back in the summer when the pool is open.

Great place for our family for a wedding. We were there during the ice storm and Monica was helpful- offering late check out or to Extend if we were unable to leave
