Very well designed remodel for a large family. The kids and adults enjoyed the many options in the game room. Great kitchen with lots of counter space.

This place was just perfect for our weekend in Kansas City! It was close to everything, easy to find, comfortable, clean, and kid friendly! We appreciated the off-street, safe, well-lit parking area. The host, Ruth, was wonderful! Super quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely recommend it to any friends/family visiting KC! Thank you!

This place was perfect to celebrate my MIL 80th birthday. We had 13 people and everyone had plenty of room and their own space. We rented the main area of the house/upstairs and the basement and it worked out great!

Such a great place to stay when you are away from home. Bed was comfy, loved the coffee bar, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location near restaurants and shopping. They allowed our fur kids and that is a huge plus for us! Backyard is fully fenced and our dogs were secure in the backyard the entire week we stayed. Very happy with our stay! Emilee communicated so well! She let us know when the dog pooper scooper was coming so we could get our dogs inside in a timely manner. If I had questions she responded right away! Will definitely stay here in the future! Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this place to ensure a great stay and we really appreciated it! From the backyard amenities, to the garage game room, and the theater room, we loved it all. she was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her flexibility in our arrival time! would absolutely recommend!

This home is so so beautiful and spacious! I came here with my collegiate a capella group this past weekend, and there was fifteen of us, so I was a bit worried about making sure there was space for everyone, but this was perfect. We felt super safe and we never felt cramped at all. It's on some beautiful land, and it's the perfect place to stay for a large group of people!

Came in town with my kids for a Chiefs game. We enjoyed our stay and the area. House was great, exactly what we needed. Casy was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The place was cozy and as described. The neighborhood was an easy uber to downtown. There was a cute little diner close by called Happy Gillis that was wonderful. There was also a BBQ place nearby, i didn’t have time to go but it looked and smelled delicious. I walked most places and there was some stuff within a mile. The price was well worth it and the apartment was very cute and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our first business offsite meeting at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and the house itself was amazing—perfect for our needs. Our host went above and beyond with clear, detailed directions and descriptions, and his super friendly approach made everything even better. I would 100% choose to stay here again!

We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Denise was very responsive, gave great local amenity recommendations and anticipated our needs the entire stay. It was clean, private and felt like a place in the country…but in the city. I highly recommend her place and hope to stay again.

Loved it! great little getaway !

Such a beautiful place! Spent the weekend for a family get-together and the place could not be more perfect. We had everything we needed. The arrangement of space was perfect for 4 couples. Very high-tech: Smart lighting, Smart sound system, Smart climate. There were several outdoor spaces, each with comfortable seating and an outdoor fireplace. The main room is so cozy with the beautiful stone fireplace and wood beams. We enjoyed walking around the property's trails. Everything was very clean! We look forward to returning next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and peaceful space. Rylie curated a comfortable, home-like feeling and everything was as described. She was super easy to communicate with and always helpful and clear. We loved the Cabin Under the Moon and would gladly return.

We had a wonderful getaway staycation at this Airbnb! It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and we always love visiting Parkville. The location was great—close to visit Parkville Coffee, the cute downtown Parkville shops, and enjoyed taking our coffee walks along the riverfront. One of the highlights was spotting deer and other wildlife right from the property, it was such a nice spot to relax. The bed was super comfortable and the space made it easy to sleep. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

Laura was an incredible host! She made sure to check in with us now and then to see if we were in need of anything. The rental was spotless fully stocked with everything we needed and the couches kept making me fall asleep! Would recommend!
