We had an amazing time at Jacob's place. Short walk to the beach. All the outside space was great for hanging out after a short drive over to Nola or visiting the MS Aquarium. Great restaurants nearby. Overall one of the best trips we've ever had 5+.

This is such a sweet spot! Close to everything you need. Gorgeous courtyard. Cute house with awesome amenities (the kids loved the snacks). Our fav part was the cabana- great spot to relax!

If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway then look no further. This home was absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped foot on the porch I felt more relaxed and peaceful. I absolutely loved the screened in porch with the hammock and wind chime. I spent most of my time in that space because it felt so serene. The rest of the home is perfection too! Everything felt brand new and super comfortable. Every detail has been seen to in this home and you will want for nothing. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this home. Your future self will thank you!

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and peaceful. It was very tastefully decorated for Christmas while still keeping the open beach house feel. We will definitely stay again. Sandie was very nice and fast to respond.

Ben was a great host! Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Neighborhood was great, within walking distance to Frenchman St. and the quarter if you're able and willing! Had a bunch of bars, stores, restaurants to check out, it can get a little loud at night but we knew that going into it and it didn't bother our group. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when you're in NOLA!

Our group of five old college friends could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for us, with appropriate sleeping space, comfortable common areas, and a lovely back yard. Everything was as advertised. The Marigny and Bywater are two of my favorite neighborhoods in NOLA, so the locations was great, and it's easy walking distance to Frenchman's St. and the French Quarter (but also removed from the action a bit). And Franz and Tracy were simply the best - great communicators and incredibly generous and flexible.

Nikki was a fabulous and welcoming host! It was a work trip for me and a coworker, but I hope and plan to return to Bay St Louis for a relaxing getaway. I will seek out places hosted by Nikki. Wish we had time to check out all her recommended places, but we LOVED the Mockingbird Cafe and Barracuda’s Taco stand and just overall welcoming feel of the home! Thank you Nikki for being a 5-star host!

Great place! We celebrated Christmas there and it was PERFECT. George was very communicative. His brother was there doing some routine maintenance on another property and he was soooo nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back!!

I wondered at first if I had made a big mistake choosing this place because of appearance of the neighborhood. Realized lots of construction and remodeling to other homes. Neighborhood was quiet. Once inside I was so relieved to see how lovely the home was, attention to detail. Just need option to cover the front door window😊. Big back yard, patio, fire pit, outdoor shower , golf cart, wow! I didn’t have time to enjoy it all but plan on returning. Thank you

I literally fell in love with the home. We had a party of 14 with enough personal space for everyone. The bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. Demi (family dog) enjoyed the backyard while we sat for a breeze. The home was laid out so well that I want to rearrange my home the same way lol. Great recommendation.

We were so pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the place. We had one small issue and Kevin was very responsive and quickly got it taken care of. It was so very nice to have a bathroom attached to every bedroom! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what I had hoped for. It had a beautiful view of nature, simple decorations, and a place that let my mind relax. The short walk to the beach and everything that you needed to enjoy a stroll was a nice touch. Looking forward to slipping in the jacuzzi in the evening was exciting. My husband and I really enjoyed our time together here. It was a perfect weekend getaway from home and my most favorite Airbnb that I have ever stayed in.

Staying at David’s properties is always a pleasure!! I know that I can expect to walk into a comfortable space equipped with the things I need. This was exactly what I needed. Only a few minutes away from a local winery, which was lovely! The hammock and outdoor seating area was so relaxing and allowed me to hangout in nature comfortably. 10/10 recommend!
