Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

We had a lovely stay at Marc’s place. We ate at the Cross Keys on his recommendation and the food was excellent, if a little busy but that was due to the rugby. Kitchen had everything we needed and overall a great stay. A bit of noise in the evening (Saturday night) from the pub up the road but quiet but 11-11:30.

Lovely location for country dog walks and great pubs nearby.

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for a magical stay at Lazy Nest we wanted for nothing the house was perfect and had all the amenities it was beautifully decorated for the Christmas period it was the perfect stay for our family hopefully will be returning soon.

We enjoyed our stay in Andy’s place. It was as described, very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us to visit family in the area. Andy’s instructions to find the place were spot and meant a very easy check in. He was quick to respond to any queries we had. Christmas Crackers were a lovely Festive touch!

Lovely property.. really quiet, pleasant location ,and off-road paring for two.. inside very comfy, decorated to a really high standard and immaculately clean, arrived in the eveining and the lights and heating were already on making it very welcoming.. great touches like phone chargers in the in bedrooms and nice slection of teas/coffees in very well appointed kitchen.. attentive friendly host too.. would definitely stay again as an alternative to 2 hotel rooms when visiting Coventry and the surrounds.. Can recommend the The Quicken Tree for evening meal and breakfast.. about a 5 mile trip on narrow and windy roads but great service..

I enjoyed my stay at Lola's. It was a nice, clean, wonderful stay. Lola was a great host. I will definitely return on my next visit to Leicester.

Hosts were wonderful, friendly and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Quiet and peaceful location whilst also being close to the city centre. All around a great place to stay, would definitely recommend

We had a lovely couple of nights at Steve and Linda’s. Enjoyed a great meal at John’s House restaurant just up the road. Lovely 8 mile circular walk from the door. Enjoyed a glass of wine in Steve’s wine shop at the end of the garden and great coffee shop for brunch in the village too. Lovely relaxing stay. The annexe was clean and well equipped and Steve responded incredibly quickly when Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

Super quiet location for the centre of town. Very comfortable and clean flat with all the space and amenities you need. Beautiful Hellebores in the garden. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Firstly want to just give a big thanks for their welcoming hosting. We booked this place to get away from our children (which isn’t often) and to celebrate our 12 year anniversary! Mazing host and super helpful and responsive. The hot tub was amazing and the scenery was also as good! The accommodation it self was beautiful and very accommodating with supplies and everything included such as WiFi and sky tv was honestly an added bonus. Will definitely come back again! Thank you ☺️

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!
