Mr. Suntosh Goel hosted 25 of us in his villa for a family get together. He was most flexible wrt check in / check out times. The location of the bungalow is very good and convenient. Overall the place was neat and clean and as expected. Suntosh was also very accommodating and flexible. Even though we had an issue with the AC’s in one of the rooms, he was gracious enough to quickly make alternate arrangements within the premises for another room. In case one is looking for a big family get-together in the heart of Koregaon Park - this is an ideal spot. The caretaker Munni also made some great breakfast and snacks. We could get a variety of food delivered to the doorstep quick and hassle free. Very enjoyable

Really nice place in an amazing resort. The duplex was very comfortable and then resort had good amenities, especially the food. Saturday evening the resort had hosted a live standup artist and music event. That was wonderful. Akhil and Archana shared details around the nearby places and restaurant which was very helpful. Pintu helped us check-in and was very friendly. He even took us to Matheran drop spot. Don't think twice before booking this place. You will definitely enjoy the vibe of the resort

Amazing....! Alopa's Girisaad Bungalow is truly in the midst of the nature. It was really peaceful out there. I definitely recommend this for a weekend getaway. Also, Alopa is a really great host. She helped us with all of our enquiries and provided detailed information. Also, her repose time is quick. Plus Points. Perfect for a small and mid sized group (upto 6-7 pax) Close to the nature Cleanliness A deck attached to hall and bedroom to hangout. A specious terrace The little lawn space was perfect for us to play box cricket. And to have a bonefire at night. Lunch was great (both veg and non veg). It is cooked by the caretaker. There were card games and chess to play that we enjoyed Nature walks Extra matresses A few downsides. Not preferable for a big group as it a small bungalow. No big open space for outdoor game activities Very few options for indoor games Biryani for dinner was a bit dry. Overall, me and the boys really enjoyed our stay at Girisaad. 4.5 Star

We had booked the place for one night with family and pets. Our stay was super nice. Host was very responsive to all queries and the caretaker and cook sindhu tai is super awsome. She helped us to get cake for mu husband’s birthday and cooked delicious meals for us. Our pets also enjoyed a lot

By far the best place I have stayed as far as the Hospitality of this place . They literally make you feel pampered . The location too is very peaceful, serene & the views of the Sahyadri’s just make it blissful. The place is clean & well maintained , the owner & caretakers are very thoughtful & proactive . Amazing stay in the nature’s lap. The hospitality is amazing and the cook makes great food. We did not go out because the house itself was so unique and amazing. We did not have Wi-Fi as mentioned in the listing but cellular network worked well. The house is self sustaining and an amazing experience in itself

We booked Modi house for 2 days with family. This place had everything that we could require right from fully equipped kitchen to entertainment. We had a fun time and the place is large enough has extra beds etc. We also explored areas around it is walkable and not secluded. The caretaker also proactively cleaned everything so we always had a clean place. We will come back to this place. I would recommend this place for large groups and families with kids.

Good place to stay for visit to lonavala

Very good time, had a very fun evening wish we could have arrived a bit early to enjoy some more time but we had a blast evening!! the care taker Das sir and the other care taker’s were very generous and helpful great staff food was amazing as well which was again made by the caretaker!! Went beyond successful for my sister’s birthday. Would love to visit again. Also loved the properties nearby.

We went here for a weekend stay and its name is apt - Mist View. Has a big lawn area common for the villas with uninterrupted view of the sunset. Bathrooms and all rooms were clean and had everything that one would expect at a BnB. Sonu the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. Not a complaint but the refrigerator needs to be repaired for right cooling. The place is not difficult to find. I hadn’t expected the pool to be functional or clean but I was surprised! It’s maintained and clean so yes it’s worth taking a dip for chill time with your group. Good for group of couples or big family of 8-10. Serviceable by Swiggy and Zomato for food.

Had a comfortable and satisfying stay. This location is serviceable by Zomato/Blinkit which is very convenient. Will definitely recommend. Just missed a microwave in the kitchen, would have been a boon to reheat food from Zomato etc.

We were 7 of us and had a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay in Amit’s house. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and that’s exactly what we were looking for. The main town where all the shops and restaurants are is a short drive from the house. We did not use the pool as it was a little chilly but in the warmer months the pool must be a lot of fun. We hung out by a beautiful large outdoor space around the pool. Sandhya was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. The house caretakers Mauli and Nisha were wonderful people. They were very respectful and loving. They made a very nice meal and breakfast for us during our stay. I definitely will stay here if and when I come back to Lonavala. Thanks Amit and Sandhya for letting us stay at your beautiful property in Lonavala.

Quite accomodative in terms of Food Menu and very flexible in terms of timing utmost hygeine maintained and therefore very comfortable to stay and enjoy. felt like home because of the caretakers
