Beautiful home and very clean. We loved the location.

This is the second time we stayed here and we will continue to book for years to come. Not only do you have the perfect home for hosting large parties, the views from both the deck and inside the house are fantastic. The beach is basically the backyard. During our stay Sarah and Mark were so responsive. We found that the blender was broken and they had a brand new, Ninja blender bought and brought to us within the hour. Also, a pipe burst below the deck after getting back from some time on the beach. May have been due to weather changes or water pressure changes, however, Sarah and Mark had a plumbing team there in no time who fixed the pipe. Fantastic experience. Will book again.

As always we enjoyed our stay. The house is just as described, and they're stocked with basically all the things. Super easy to get to, great location.

We loved our stay here. The covered wrap around porch meant there was always a comfortable spot to sit outside. The views of the gulf were just what we were hoping for. It is only a 3 minute walk to the water. The beach is great for walking on. The floor plan was just right for gathering together our large family. It was hard to leave after spending so much relaxing time in this lovely, quiet location.

The view from the deck was exactly as pictured with a short walk to the beach. No golf cart needed unless you want to drive on the beach. Lots of space for our family of 8. Kitchen is well stocked, could use a larger skillet and pizza cutter. You will need to bring your keurig coffee pods, as there was no drip coffee pot. It was well stocked with towels and beach towels & nice to have a washer and dryer. Susy's communication was great and she bought an umbrella and wagon to transport our beach stuff to the beach. There is a very small souvenir shop next door for t-shirts, sweatshirts, swim accessories, drinks and a few food items. I advise to get your groceries before you arrive as the nearest grocery store is 10-15 miles away. there are some local convenient stores, but very expensive. We cooked most of our meals, but did eat out a couple of times...food was average. All and all it was a great place and i would definitely rent again. Thank you Susy!

Nice house with a great view , the different style makes it stand out from the other houses on the beach . Made it easy for us to find the house when we would go out . Very spacious as well would definitely come again

Great beach front location to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time away with the family. Also love the pool that is available on the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. A wonderful place to relax, quiet, felt safe, super close to the beach and fishing pier. The house is totally equipped with all essentials. Mark lives next door, very friendly and gave us really good tips. We would love to come back.

Jackie and Bill are sweet people. Their place felt like home. And the sunrise over the ocean was the best❣️ Whenever we go back that way we will be staying there again 😁

The house was very cute. Close to the beach entry point. Pool was cold due to a front rolling in, but once the sun came out it was great. Did some fishing at 3-mile and the neighbors lake. Overall a fun trip. Recommend this home and others in the neighbors.

Very well stocked home. Host had great communication and responded quickly . Home was beautiful. Home was clean and had lot of amenities. We had a great time ! Thank you .

This was a great place to get away from everything. beachfront view was amazing definitely going to stay here again, also directions from sam was easy communication was easy just everything was all around and easy effort thank you for having us

We had a wonderful time at Randy's beach house. It was exactly as described and pictured. Very thoughtfully designed and decorated. It looks like a beach house you would see on HGTV. The views from the living area, kitchen, and both porches are fantastic. As far as location, it was beautiful and remote, which was perfect for unplugging and relaxing. The beach is wide, the sand is soft, and there are sea shells everywhere for the kids to collect. I really enjoyed drives on the beach in the morning or evenings, just make sure you have 4-wheel drive. There are a lot of wetlands in the area, so make sure to bring your insect repellant. All listed amenities were there, as well. Internet worked great. Randy was a great host who was always very friendly responsive, informative, and accommodating. We most certainly plan to come back. It may be more expensive than other options, but this home has the best views & accommodations. You get what you pay for in this case.

Absolutely gorgeous home! The pool, BBQ grill, ice machine, out door bathroom made hanging out outside the best! The extremely large table inside made for a great family and friend’s dinner! After pool time and dinner time we headed out to Madden’s for a little dancing! Got up early the next morning and enjoyed the beach for a while before heading back for a dip in the pool! We even had time the last morning for another dip in the pool before check out because of the great check out time! We absolutely cannot wait to stay again!

Very spacious and comfortable, we all felt right at home. If I'm in the area I would not hesitate to reach out and stay there again.

What an amazing place to stay! You feel right at home the second you walk in the door. Walkable to the beach. Our favorite part was drinking early morning coffee on the front deck watching the sunrise and the waves come in. Beds were super comfy and plenty of space for multiple families. We will definitely be back!!

We took a family trip and we absolutely loved it! Brandi has offered us early check in as well as an extended checkout which was awesome. We will definitely book with Brandi again!

Our stay at Casa Blanca POC was lovely and relaxing. My girls loved seeing the beach from the balcony and we enjoyed being so close to everything. Stacy also went above and beyond to get me a very important item I left behind and I couldn’t appreciate her more!! We will be back to visit for sure.

This is our new favorite house in Surfside! When you first walk in, you'll notice a fresh scent, which is not always easy to achieve at a beach house! There are plenty of nice, thick beach towels provided for your use. All three bedrooms are upstairs but each one has comfortable beds and simple, classy decor. The owners have done a beautiful job of decorating and furnishing the house! The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, servingware, dishes, and utensils. Remember to bring your own coffee, but there are two different coffee makers to meet your preference of ground coffee or cups. The back porch is a wonderful space for having a meal. It is shaded in the morning so we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside. The front porch has nice, comfortable seating that we used a lot! There is an outdoor shower downstairs so you don't have to bring any sand inside, which we appreciated! I don't have enough room to list more. If this house is available, book it! You won't regret it!

Cullen’s place was very welcoming. Access to the beach was very close. The outdoor deck was big and spacious. The location was great and close enough to food marts and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great time creating memories with our family. Would definitely come back.

We had a birthday gathering for Grandmother and everything about this place was the perfect location to celebrate. From the nearby walkable Seahorse and On The Deck Restaurants, to the balcony overlooking the ocean having key lime pie, to the pink flamingo decor reminding us of Miami, Florida we had a great time. The beach was only moments away from the by foot as well. The host was a delight. Very responsive and always there if we needed anything at all. The home was cleaned pristinely. We were happy to make this place our home away from home for a bit.

Melanie was very friendly and accommodating of our last minute booking to stay for a Saturday at the beach. The house was very clean, the views were amazing and the walk to the beach was extremely close. Very clear directions and very responsive. We will be booking again.
