Enjoy a private dock on Lake Chickamauga with a private-entry, attached, studio apartment/efficiency featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom, with dedicated driveway for truck & boat trailer. Tuft & Needle mattresses. Perfect for the fishing fanatic OR those who enjoy water and the outdoors OR a romantic getaway. It is a short drive to great rock climbing at Pocket Wilderness, Hell's Kitchen, or Dogwood Boulders. Lake Chickamauga is seasonal; boats can use the dock mid April - October.

Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

Boat ramp is less than a mile away at Big Springs Access Area. Full kitchen, laundry room & large walk-in shower! The downstairs bedroom has a king bed. The large loft bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds, enough for the whole family or fishing buddies! Includes outdoor shower & grilling area.

Perfect spacious lake house by full-service marina

This spacious home offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect location on Watts Bar Lake. The house has two living rooms with spectacular views from both levels with lots of room to spread out. Enjoy upper and lower-level decks for long-range views of the lake and mountains, with occasional spotting of eagles or ospreys. Terrace View Marina is less than a mile for boat rentals, boat launch, slips, fuel and restaurant. There are two kayaks available that can be launched at the marina.

Enjoy peace and luxury in this modern home overlooking the Tennessee River (Lake Chickamauga section). This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views. Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.

Only one hour from Chatt or Knoxville. Bring your boat and park it in the covered dock or use the 3 kayaks so your whole family can enjoy the water. Fully remodeled with granite and hard wood floors. Watch the sunset from the upper or lower decks. Truly a peaceful and relaxing gem!
