Great place and location, walking distance to beach and restaurants

Our time here was perfect. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view, amazing beach and pool,… we felt safe and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Restaurants, supermarket and mall is close to the hotel. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back again.

this stay was amazing! we didn’t have a car and wanted somewhere we could walk to the beach and anywhere else we’d want to eat or shop and it was perfect. can’t say enough about the location!!!! was also very clean and had good amenities. i had forgotten a book for the beach so really appreciated the little used books library. also enjoyed all the historic photos and information in the halls. we will definitely be back!

Family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Jens. They were extremely responsive. Looks just like the pictures and had lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay a breeze. Multiples of hotel/sample size shampoos, soaps, etc. plus a travel shaving kit, coffee for the coffee pot, goggles, beach toys, Bluetooth speaker, lots of plug ins, a hair dryer and diffuser, racks to hang your things, and more. The building is outdated but the location is amazing and the room itself is modern and fresh. The building has a lot of little shops including coffee/convenience stores, a car/boat rental place, a beachy souvenir shop, a bike rental shop, the bath house, and more. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was fine. Nothing special, a little overpriced if you're not used to paying for waters and pop refills but it wasn't outrageous. The pool-side restaurant was very reasonably priced, friendly, and generous. I door dashed groceries and breakfast a couple times with no issues. We loved our stay!Thanks!

The apartment location is very good! The communication with Leo was great. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place by the Hallandale beach.

La atención es excelente, siempre alguien está presente, comparten datos de contacto por eventualidades. está limpio, es cómodo, fresco, silencioso, y completo. Internet es perfecto, tiene servicios de streaming en su TV incluidos. Estacionamiento sin costo (fundamental para moverse auto). El precio es más que conveniente por todo esto. It was so beautiful, I would recommend for college kids because of the pool and there were multiple days of people having parties by the pool, but it was very fun! The pool was clean and heated. The only negative thing was we found about 3 cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Other than that, no complaints.

This was our first stay in Miami and we loved staying at this place. It was very close to the port and airport plus lots of shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The keyless access was awesome for getting in the building and into our room. This is the place to stay if you ever want to visit downtown Miami.

We had a great stay at the Grayson. The hotel had great accommodations and amenities. We were at first a little surprised by the resort fee but the amenities that came with it (gym, pool, bike rentals, beach club access) were well worth the price. Everyone was so helpful and made the trip seamless. Would recommend to others visiting the area!

Très bien situé! Emplacement idéal pour vivre une expérience branchée à South Beach! C'est moins conseillé d'y séjourner avec de jeunes enfants puisqu'il y a beaucoup d'ambiance, mais pour un séjour entre amis ou en couple c'est l'idéal! Communication très facile avec l'hôte.

2b/1.5ba unit worked fine for our group of 4 for a weekend stay. Host was extremely responsive. Good location accessible to many parts of Miami, but it is downtown, so just be aware and understand you’ll walk past homeless folks. Overall would recommend.

The first thing I’ll say is Wesley is an incredible host. Always responsive and quick. We had to ask a few questions when there and they were immediately answered. Now to the condo , absolutely stunning, modern, high ceilings, and the view , breathtaking. We spent every morning for coffee and ended every night with wine. There is a pull out couch which is huge, so four adults could easily stay in the condo. There is a Walmart close by and we bought all our groceries for lunch and breakfast there. The beach is right outside the back door and there are always chairs available for use. The pool is also stunning. The only down side to the condo and it’s not Wesley’s is the long wait for elevator. But being on the fifth you can walk up or down at peak times. To sum it up , yup we would book again , see you next year Wesley !!!!!

This was my first time using Airbnb for a shared space and I felt very safe staying here. Her place is absolutely beautiful! She is also very friendly. There is a golden retriever, Mila who will happily greet you at the door when you enter. Mila loves to receive pets and wants to play with you. I would definitely stay here again and wish I could have been here longer! There’s a very nice patio area where I spent most of my time relaxing. The space is shared with the owner and her son. No other strangers are sharing this space with you
