Our stay in Middletown was an incredible experience! Dan’s place was clean, spacious, and perfect for gathering friends and family. We appreciated all the hangout spaces (game room is incredible) around the home, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! We were so impressed with the amenities provided such as the fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Their outdoor setup looks incredible and we can’t wait to visit in the summer to utilize that space. The location was perfect as it’s a short car ride to downtown Newport. Dan was responsive and proactive and we were extremely impressed with his professional communication. Don’t miss out on this wonderful getaway in the ocean state!

There were 12 of us ages 7 to 86 and everyone loved it. Plenty of room to be together or to find a private quiet spot! The sun room was always inviting and the perfect place to have that morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The pool table and ping pong were often in use with the teenagers. The kitchen was all high quality and equipped with high quality cookware and everything you could possibly need for cooking meals. We loved eating in were easily able to find the right pans! We all like to cook and were able to make fabulous meals easily! The bedrooms spacious and comfortable beds. We easily walked to Scarborough Beach and exploring the beach. Everyone hopes to visit again!

Charlie's place in Middletown was a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Charlie was a great, responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

The space is very cozy and in an excellent location in the heart of Historic Wickford. The hosts were extremely friendly. They brought in delicious breakfast every morning. I would absolutely book this place again.

We had an amazing stay. My cousin was getting married at Newport Beach House - and this location was perfect. And it allowed me to bring my furry BFF along! Lisa also helped me secure an early check in so I could make it to the wedding festivities on time. I would stay again and 100% would recommend to friends & family! Great spot! Full-size condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and living room and a kitchen. Pool and hot tub on the property and let’s not forget, in downtown Newport. Chris, the host was very responsive and gave great inside information about the property. I stayed here for a work trip but I would love to come back for a family weekend. Last night we were there we just chilled by the pool with some takeout food, and there was a movie on a projection screen. Really cool community at the property, very comfortable, very clean. Can’t say enough 100%- do it.

Very comfortable home and conveniently located near many attractions. We needed to be at the RI Convention Center and this was a perfect spot to be. Quiet neighborhood and parking was easy. We would absolutely stay there again.
