This stay was perfect, the home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our group. The river view was great! Everything was clean and accessible. Our host was fantastic. Was extremely responsive(even before booking). Made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. This is probably one of the best host(s)/stay experiences I have had in years as far as value, quality, expectation, and host communications. We look forward to many more stays here! Kevin and Ashley were very helpful before arriving and attentive to our needs while we were there! The cabin was small and cozy, yet had the necessary amenities! The perfect retreat!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the feeling like this is a place we could stay over and over, actually we could live here! :) The decor, style, open concept and views were amazing. The kitchen is truly stocked for cooking as described with great appliances and cookware. Overall you know the owners care about their condo inside and out and make it a comfortable place for all. Our family loved our stay here. The condo was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the balcony and the lake view every morning and evening. It was an easy drive to the state parks and other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place for a large group! Kids loved their room and the master bedroom was a true suite- with lots of room. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need.

Clean, well appointed condo as advertised. Looks better than the pictures. Fantastic view and spacious deck. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Easy entry up a couple flights of stairs. Spent most of the time on a boat on the water, but was very comfortable to relax in the evenings. The three other guests reported the beds were firm.

We had the best 4 night stay here! The location is in the middle of everything, we were able to rent a boat slip, the little beach was a fantastic perk, and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! Of all the vacation rentals we have done at the Lake, this has by far been our favorite!!

We had one of the most relaxing vacations here. The condo is gorgeous, the amenities impeccable, the view spectacular. What a gem of a find!

Perfect place to stay for our family of 11. Plenty of room for everyone, ranging in age from 11 months( pack and play and highchair provided) to 72. Lots of bathrooms, all with tubs! Great trip and a WONDERFUL place to stay for a multi-generation family. Lake views from the living area and decks were a delight.

Everything was amazing! The place is tucked back a ways, but that’s what we wanted and it was just as described. This was the cleanest and best maintained place we’ve stayed at. The family loved the games upstairs as well as the provided kayaks. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area.

This was such a beautiful, perfect home to stay in for our large, multiple family lake trip! We were able to get in an hour before check in and there was plenty of room for all of the kids! The screened in area was stunning and it was so convenient to walk straight down to the lake with all the kids. The only thing I would suggest is to bring water shoes as it is a little rocky down by the water. Other than that, we LOVED this place! Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious, and well appointed accomodations in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Plenty of space to spread out while super cozy. Jayson was very helpful and friendly, very responsive. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We hope to return soon!

Mike and his wife place is beautiful. the picture on the web site doesn't do it justice. if you want a place that is peaceful, relaxing, and only a few miles from town this is it. the house has everything you would have in your home. don't worry if you forget a tooth brush, soap, deodorant, etc. because they have it all. I will definitely be staying here again. thank you Mike for sharing your home Lorraine

Love the Thomas Hill lake House. I grew up near here and loved visiting THL and have always believed it’s the best secret in Missouri. Lake is never crowded, great fishing, Moberly and Macon have good restaurants. The house is nice for a family or medium size group. Lots of open floor space. We will be using again.

Nancy communicated well and condo has a great view of the Lake.
