It’s location was strategic for our requirements. Beautiful house with a huge compound with lots of nature surrounded. Good view for both sunsets and sunrise, loved his place very much. Hence, there an outdoor kitchen as well. And not forgetting the wonderful five friendly companions. Beautiful flowers and nature surrounding with paddy fields and a fish pond. A tranquil place to chill and heal, the internet is also reliable. The caretaker; Mr Amit and family as also very helpful. Offered us all the support and assistance during our stay. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in this part of the world.

Let’s just say we wish we could have stayed longer! Yusuf’s villa is in an idyllic spot, overlooking the lagoon. We spent a night here before flying back home and said this was one to keep on our list when returning to Sri Lanka. A fabulous, spacious and comfortable villa with a lovely big pool and jacuzzi! We couldn’t have asked for more and it is so relaxing. We would opt to stay here again and for a longer period of time.

What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. I had the most incredible stay at Villa Mika, and I truly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into my own private oasis. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The indoor pool was a dream—I loved starting my mornings with a swim and unwinding in the evenings, just floating under the soft lighting. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Sira, the villa’s housekeeper. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. His kindness and dedication made all the difference. He is, without a doubt, the hidden gem of this villa! Villa Mika is a tropical paradise, offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway in Negombo, this is the place to be.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich von Ashan und Nimal empfangen, die uns mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßten. Die beiden waren unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich – jederzeit hilfsbereit und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Gastfreundschaft: Ganz spontan zauberten Ashan und Nimal ein köstliches Mittagessen sowie ein BBQ mit landestypischen Zutaten, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – unsere Wünsche wurden nicht nur berücksichtigt, sondern übertroffen! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, die Außenbeleuchtung schafft eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, und der kleine Pool war perfekt für eine entspannte Abkühlung. Sogar als wir spontan eine Fahrradtour machen wollten, kümmerten sie sich darum, dass die Fahrräder bereit und fahrbereit waren. Alles in allem: 5 Sterne PLUS! This house is really confortable and beautiful. The kitchen was fully eqipped. We got filtered clean water, and towels, everything. The rooms are nice and perfect. And I would like to gratefully thank the lady who welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. She did everything to make us feel as good as possible. On the last morning, she even made delicious Srí Lanka pancakes for us, thank you very much for treating us with such care. 🙏 <3
