Loved staying at Ed’s home. I brought some of my friends and family and everyone loved the location. You can easily walk and forth to the beach. Ed was very responsive and helpful. The neighbors was all friendly to us and encouraged us to have a good time. The golf carts was fun to drive through the village. A very good place for a family, kids and adults both would love it. Overall is was well worth the price and would highly recommend it for all ages.

The property was AWESOME!! Greg was awesome too!! We were in a bind and this property saved us! It was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean and well taken care of! There was plenty of room for my whole family. Close to beach and restaurants! We will be going back!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our 10-yr anniversary weekend getaway at James and Patty’s place! They were so thoughtful and provided everything we needed. We appreciated all of the local restaurant recommendations. The Boathouse was delightful! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the backyard as well as using the rainfall shower. Additionally, the king suite bed was amazingly comfortable. Their three pups were also adorable and we loved being greeted by them at the gate. We would love to stay there again! ❤️

We had a great time at Ericka's place while staying there with our family. The house is well equipped for kids (they even had some toys for our boy to play with). Fully fenced in yard was great for our pups to run around. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again :)

In my first experience with Airbnb, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality extended to me and my family. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and comfort of the house were all commendable. I highly recommend this accommodation, particularly due to its convenient location, which is just a short 5 to 7-minute walk away from various amenities.

Really enjoyed our stay! Thought the compliments of cereal and milk, coffee, fresh milk, etc were thoughtful little touches. The communication was stellar, and their accommodation of my family's need for an early check-in was very much appreciated. We loved the space and location so much that we are planning to return over the summer. Thank you Mike and Erica! We will be back.

The place was wonderful just as pictured. Plenty of space for a large family. Mike and his wife went beyond with making sure you are comfortable. The small touches really show how much they care. We arrived that evening with milk cereal tea coffee and the fixing as well as water and lots of snacks. This was so thoughtful we didn’t have to run back out after our long trip. Only complaint would be this is a bottom floor unit and the family above has very rambunctious small kids so the noise very noticeable. We did have a few issues during our trip but they were quickly handled. We had to be moved out of our place one night but we were accommodated and ended our trip with a bon fire. The owners were quick to respond and very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend hope to see them again in the future.

This location was only couple blocks from the sand and boardwalk. There were lots of great restaurants and a Dollar General in walking distance. They did great job of getting you started with snacks, coffee, al essential groceries as well as bathroom necessities and basic cleaning items. They brought us 4 beach chairs upon request with no extra charge and kept in constant contact with us. We had minor issue with dryer and they had it repaired in a couple of hours! We’d love to stay with Mike and Emily again!

Couldn’t asked for a better location. We had shoppings and restaurants very close to us and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. We found the essentials at the house and it was vary spacious for all our 9 guests.

This location was perfect for my family and I. It was spacious and convenient being right near the beach, the strip and grocery stores. Would definitely love to revisit when the weather warms back up.
