Robin was very communicative and her cabin was the perfect place for a weekend away. The lake was serene and the deck was perfect to sit and soak in the sun. 10/10 would come again!

Elisabeth was such a wonderful host, extremely communicative and responsive. The property was gorgeous and described perfectly. From the hottub instructions, to the heads up about the narrow staircase, nothing at the property was a surprise or unexpected. Very peaceful and relaxing, April was the perfect time to visit, in our opinion. Nothing crazy going on nearby, not too busy anywhere we went including State Parks, and restaurants. Weather was beautiful and the fresh air was much needed. My husband and I have decided we’d like to make this an annual trip and continue to stay at this property when possible.

We had a great stay, the place was very clean, it has everything you need, plenty of space for our family of 7, Beautiful surroundings. The gas fireplace was perfect for the cold weather. The location is peaceful and quiet and close to food and activities. Julian is a great host, very attentive and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

What a amazing place ! My wife and I came for a weekend getaway and were blown away by how accommodating Mimi and Gene were . The place was above and beyond what we expected ! Absolutely adorable place and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a great stay ! Can’t say enough about the place and the hosts ! We booked another stay here within hours of checking in ! We have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this has to be up there with one of our favorites :)

Very Clean, fun, spacious, private, flawless in every way. My kids enjoyed the hot tub, and igloo. In the mountains but Food and drinks in 1 place across the street, great pizza 5 min drive, 15 min from downtown Clayton GA, which is a charming little town with great coffee, ice-cream, and wonderful food. Huzz is the best Cuban cuisine I have ever had.

We were having our family Christmas get together and was so happy that the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. That made our gathering extra special! The house was perfect for our group!

Could not have been more perfect. Mandy was extremely friendly and helped us out with recommendations and tips. Loved every second!!

Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

The cabin is PERFECT for two people. The kitchen has enough stuff to prepare meals, the refrigerator big but has no ice maker. The store on the corner has plenty of ice. The king bed is comfy and has enough blankets The porches are where we spent A LOT of time. Our dog loves the creek & yard. I do not worry much about her there as the side yard is mostly fenced ( the creek isn't fenced ) There is a fire pit with split wood enough for many fires, utensils to start and maintain your fire. There are motion lights at the cabin entrances and a big pole mounted switched street light. The cabin is a 10 minute drive to Clayton on all paved road with few sharp curves. We have stayed there 4 times and intend to take our dog there for another vacation soon.

This home is a perfect getaway. It is off the beaten path, yet only 8 or 9 minutes from Highlands. It is well equipped for just about all of your needs and then some. The host was very responsive and even reached out to us to see how our first night went. I can’t recommend it enough. The only problem that we encountered was the strength of wifi, which obviously affects your streaming ability. With an AT&T and a Verizon phone, both had no signal while we were there. Beyond that, put your phone down and enjoy what you came to enjoy. You won’t lose all contact with civilization, but I would not recommend it for a business related retreat or a week/weekend where broadband access is crucial. Other than that, It is probably one of the most well furnished and well equipped Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. It was a perfect couple of days for our honeymoon, and we are already looking forward to returning. PSA: Driving an SUV or a truck is advisable.

We had a family vacation with our grown children and their families so we could visit our family member who is at Clemson. The game room next door helped as one of our kids had to do some remote work.

Scott was responsive to all requests/concerns we had during our stay. The amenities are A+ and the cabin is very spacious with multiple areas to congregate or separate! With the exception of hiking Station Cove Falls trail, attending a Christmas Eve service, and fishing at a childhood fishing spot, we found that the amenities of this cabin were very sufficient for the 5 days we were there. An important detail to note on this review is that the bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The other 3 bedrooms are up a very steep flight of stairs. The room with the king-sized bed does not have a single bed, as indicated on the site. For my family of 6 adults, we found that this cabin sleeps only 5 comfortably. There are 2 cots, one on the upper level and one on the basement level along with a futon-style sofa. Scott has put a lot of thought into making this property a vacation home waiting to make special memories for families who stay here!

This property is phenomenal. House is adorable and clean and has everything you could possibly need. The location is so very cool on the river and so much privacy and space. The owner is very helpful, responsive, and has really taken perfect care of the place. Really an amazing vacation rental and would love to go back anytime and would highly suggest for anyone wanting to be in this area. This is the place to be!

We stay in a cabin and hike every spring break and this was def a favorite. We lived on the back porch with the stream right there! It is peaceful and the sound carries in the whole house. This cabin is also very close to so many hikes. Mud creek falls hike was easily the best waterfall hike we have done. Host answered questions quickly and was easy to work with. Was a beautiful easy stay for being right in nature.

The house was adequately equipped and close to local restaurants and Lake Hartwell. Perfect for us as we were visiting family that live in the area. Would stay again.

Had everything we needed plus peace and quiet! We enjoyed our stay! Definitely would stay again! Thank you for having us!

This cabin has so much charm and personality you can’t help from feeling so cozy the minute you open the door. The layout of the cabin is perfect if you are traveling with friends or family. It was a little rainy during our stay so we didn’t get to utilize the fire pit area but I am sure that would have been an added bonus. The drive to downtown Clayton was a quick simple trip. We enjoyed shopping on Main St and dined out as well. We look forward to staying at this little gem in the mountains again.

The cabin was just perfect. my husband and I loved it! it was very clean and the hosts thought of every little detail. the fridge was stocked with sodas and different flavored waters. the cupboard was full of snacks, coffee pods, creamer. we really enjoyed just laying around and watching movies and reading books. it was the perfect weekend get away. Also it was close to Highlands and Dillard so we had some good restaurants to eat at and downtown Clayton was close by too. We plan to rent from them again.

Megan’s cabin was very peaceful, clean, and homey. Megan was very helpful throughout our stay, and she provided us with proactive instructions and information throughout our stay. Everything in the cabin was functional, cozy, and organized. We quickly felt at home and were able to relax and enjoy our time in Salem, SC. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and plan to return in the future.
