Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche bei Renato und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Wohnbereich, aber große Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Klimaanlage. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen und großem Garten sind einfach genial. Renato ist super freundlich, hat uns viele, sehr gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben und war generell gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal einen großen Dank an Renato.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und hatten sehr gut Platz. Die Wohnküche ist sehr gemütlich. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist toll. Das Skigebiet gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und Jaap war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist stellenweise sehr steil und leider schon ein wenig in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, wir mussten die Fahrspur genau wählen um nicht irgendwo zu "scheren" (Ford C-Max, kein Sportwagen 😅) Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis.

Der platz ist sehr schön , der haus ist sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich , die Ski bahn ist sehr nah das man nach Italien oder Slowenien Ski fahren kann Uns hat es sehr viel freue gemacht dort Urlaub zur machen.

Had a great time with the grandkids for an overnite stay before heading off to the Adriatic coast. We were greeted by Tomi's dad for a smooth check in and Tomi was super responsive to any question we had. Nice quiet place with incredible surroundings!

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und sehr flexibel was den Check in / check out betrifft. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Am besten hat uns die ruhige Lage hoch oben am Berg gefallen.

velmi hezké ubytování v soukromí uprostřed polí u hlavni Silnice. Dům byl čistý, s majitelem byla rychlá komunikace a vše proběhlo dle domluvy. skvělá byla klimatizace, kterou jsme pouštěli když jsme byli pryč a ložnice si tak příjemné vyhladili. Vse je moderní a útulné. Doporučuji repelent, na zahradě je hodně komárů. děkuji za vše.

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hat einen wunderschönen Garten inklusive Gartenmöbeln (Pool, Spielzeug, Sandkasten). Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch eingerichtet. Alles was für ein Urlaub benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Da wir im Herbst da waren, haben wir auch den Pellet Ofen ausprobiert, der eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wärme erzeugt hat. die Wohnung war super sauber. Auch ideal für Kinder geeignet. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Wasser und Strand. Hier konnte gebadet werden und Strandgut gesammelt werden. Jesolo, sowie Einkaufszentrum/Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar. Am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein wunderbarer kleiner Bäcker, wir empfehlen die piccolo panino. Saskia war ein unglaublich netter Host. Hat uns kurz vor der Reise angeschrieben bezüglich der Betten, was wir für die Kinder bräuchten, Bettwäsche vorhanden… Schlüsselübergabe ganz flexibel und unproblematisch. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Iniziamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene periodo ( 1-18 septembre). La casa e precizo come viene descritta, comoda ha tutte le esigenze. Gentilissima la Sig. Viviana con tutte le informazioni chiare. Ringraziamo specialmente sua madre, la Sig. Danila che ci aspettava noi come una vera padrona. Maniago e molto bello, tutto e a distanza che poi fare camminando, ca 5 minuti dal centro. Noi la possiamo solo racommandarla.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

We stayed at Elfi’s place with our daughter, son-in-law and four of our grandchildren. The property was charming and well suited to our family size. It was clean and comfortable, offered very spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a well appointed kitchen, adequate dining space, and had everything to meet the needs of our family. The cost was reasonable and provided proximity to all the major attractions nearby. The surrounding area was stunningly beautiful. We were able to walk or take a short drive to high quality restaurants where the service staff welcomed us warmly. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. Our host, Elfi, was warm and highly responsive to our needs. We recommend Elfi and her property highly.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location in the woods and mountains is amazing, and the jacuzzi was very nice. The host (and her family) were very friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, so be prepared for an adventurous road trip; especially if you arrive after dark.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento di Romano per due notti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. In casa non mancava nulla. Romano ci ha accolto personalmente al nostro arrivo in serata. L’appartamento è molto grande, ordinato e pulito. Romano ha pensato anche a fornirci dei generi alimentari per la colazione e il pranzo. Grazie Romano per il bel soggiorno

Wir waren seit dem 1. August in Roveredo bei Claudio und es war einfach wunderschön bei ihm hier kann man die ruhe pur genießen alles war perfekt der Garten mit dem Brunnen war für meine Kinder sehr schön und Claudio ist ein Herzensguter Mensch sowas liebes wie ihn hab ich schon lange nicht mehr kennengelernt er hat uns bei der Ankunft so viel vorfinden lassen Kekse , Milch, Trinken, eine riesengroße Menge an Obst ,Kaffee, Nudel,Tomatensauce und nach 2 Tagen wurden wir verwöhnt mit Süssem und ein Tag vor der Abreise wieder Süsses bekommen alles in einem ein total wundervoller Urlaub in Roveredo ich kann das Wunderschöne große Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden Aufjedefall wieder kommen Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank an dich Claudio du bist wunderbar Danke für alles

The house itself was immaculate and hosts could not have done a better job. Location OK but you wouldn't go there without a car. Arba itself hasn't got much but is only 20 minutes or less from St Danielle, Spillingbergo, Maniago, Travesio and the Dolomite foothills which all have much more to offer. Bit hard to comment on price as not much to compare to. I did have an alternative in Travesio at half the price but it was also one room short of what we needed. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning. Climate has changed and if you're going mid summer air conditioning is a must. The one fan in the house didn't help much!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for serious hiking and good access to Soca valley and amenities. Lovely outdoor seating and eating area. Good opportunities for wildlife spotting. We arrived in the dark and a light was on inside with windows open so the house was full of insects. Not a problem for us but might be for others. Some essentials like toilet roll which was listed was not provided. The oven requires the stove to be lit so not ideal in warm weather. No iron found and no upstairs sockets. However, these were minor deviations from the listing and we loved our stay. Sadly other reviews mentioned swimming in the river but after the dry summer there was no river or swimming accessible by foot. Our email said check out 11:00 but the cleaner arrived just after 10 and we had a call saying it was 10:00. Hopefully that will be sorted for future guests so the information sent matches the expectations of the host. Road up was not as bad as other reviewers suggest.
