Adam & Patricia’s Suite is clean and well-stocked. It is as described, a short walk to the beach, a comfortable place with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. The rolling cooler and beach chairs were much appreciated.

Sherman and Marlene are two of the most kind and hospitable people which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant stay at their perfect spot by the ocean. These two have become more to us then hosts,they have become special friends. Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you get to experience the perfect vacation. The sights and sounds we experience are wonderful,the walks on the beach, the natural beauty, experiencing the gorgeous sunrises is breathtaking ,along with coffee and Marlene's coffee cake sure tops it off. Again thank you so much for all you did for us in 2025,we already anticipate our next vacation with you.

What a delightful place ! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The bungalow was perfect for 2 people: clean, updated, and well equipped for our stay. The easy walk to the wonderful beach was such a bonus with beach chairs and towels provided. Julie was proactive and provided great information about our stay. We found some great, walkable, local restaurants and the neighborhood was QUIET, comfortable, and welcoming. I would recommend Julie's place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy wonderful Vero Beach.

Gemma's condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. it was 2 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

We sold our home in the Melbourne area and needed a nice quiet place to relax. Marks place was just perfect. Close to everything and so peaceful. when first entered we felt right at home. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It quickly became our new happy place in Melbourne. Thanks to Mark and his staff for creating such a delightful experience.

Ken's place is in a great location; everything you need is within walking distance: the beach, a gourmet market , new breakfast place next door (Rockies Cafe) and fine dining at Dijons. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and the area was very quiet. Would definitely recommend to other folks looking for a pet friendly, well situated AIRBNB!

Absolutely loved this place. We booked for a one night stay before going on a cruise. The only thing we didn’t like was checking out to leave. We wanted to stay longer. We will definitely book again in the future. If we would have known how nice this was, we would have came a couple of days earlier. Thank you John for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiffany’s place. The location was nice as it was close to restaurants and stores, and a short drive to both the beach and I-95. The home was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for our needs. We appreciated that a pack n play, booster seat, beach equipment and beach towels were provided.

Location was fantastic. Dolphins hang out at end of inlet. Went kayaking twice a day...saw manatees, all kinds of birds, dolphins. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. For what you pay for a hotel, this is tons more value for your money. It feels like actual living in cocoa beach, not just a tourist. Beach is super simple, short walk away. John provided tons of beach gear. He was super kind and helpful. One of the best Airbnb host/location I have experienced. Definitely will stay here again.

The home was as advertised, reasonably priced, and centrally located for our needs. We were in town for a wedding so did not really spend much time at the property, but it mostly had everything we needed. The only minor suggestion I would make is to add a mirror or two, perhaps in the bedrooms. When getting ready to go out, the only mirror was in the bathroom, and if it was occupied, that was a a little inconvenient. I appreciated bottled water waiting in the refrigerator and the concise booklet with instructions for what we needed to do upon leaving. It was very comfortable and clean and well-stocked or our needs!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, modern, and most importantly comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location; 5 min walk to the Ocean, 3 min walk to the Indian River, and a quick drive to the main strip of Cocoa Beach. The extra beach items available for use was a great addition we took advantage of. The only thing missing was a bbq/grill and a nice place to sit outside at the house. However, this would not stop us from booking again.

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Jake was an excellent host. Very quick responses to any questions or issues. The AC was not working optimally and Jake did not hesitate to send a technician right away to fix the problem 100%. My group was very pleased. Thanks Jake!

My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

Pedro’s place was wonderful for our trip. Plenty of parking options nearby for the beach. Good restaurants right across the street and within a mile or two. Definitely check out the galleries in the area if you like supporting local artists! Would book again!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

A comfortable and affordable place to call home base to explore the space coast. There are flocks of peacocks roaming the neighborhood to serenade you, and a short walk to the beach, just close enough to everything in port canaveral to be convenient but far enough from port to avoid the cruise ship crowds. The beach is a superb place to view rocket launches, and catch some waves and sun.

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Excellent location, hosts were great at communicating and allowed our large group to check in a little early. You can’t get a better location for visiting cocoa beach- you are right near everything! We rented a large transit van to haul a group of 9 and parking was tricky since it’s a one way but if you are a fair driver you won’t have any issues and a car or SUV would be a breeze. Pool was warm and fantastic if it was windy or cool at the beach. Lots to do nearby with a walk or short drive. Beach gear was very appreciated and we rented additional gear from A1A rentals who were also fantastic! We would definitely rent from Monique & Sal again!! Thank you!!!!!
