Really enjoyed this place! Area was very quiet. The home was clean, as described and near many restaurants and activities. Host was also very responsive. We will definitely be booking again when in the area. :)

The host responded right away to any messages sent and the place was spot on to the posting. We spent spring break here and had a blast with everything being in such a short distance. I recommend staying here!

Kathryn's place was just as it was described. We loved that it was a private piece of country living right inside the city!! Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to from both sides of the property. Being on the smaller side, it was perfect for myself and my teenage daughter. We had all the privacy we needed/wanted. Kathryn was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach at Nina's place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, pots, pans, etc. We were stocked with clean linens and towels. There was a great view from the balcony, where we could watch the nightly fountain show. There were plenty of places to check out within walking distance, so a great location. We would definitely stay with Nina again!!!

A great place to stay. There are so many things to do and go that are close by. The house was very comfortable. Plenty of room. So clean and beautiful.

Staying at this two-house beach Villa was an absolute dream! The backyard was a showstopper, there is something for all ages, amazing for adults, as well as kids. Out back was unbelievable. There was a spot for small kids to play and also an amazing pool Oasis. The houses are small but very comfortable and styled well. They slept everyone well. Our group was a group of 20. There are no stairs in the entire property, which was a big plus. The fun we had here was unparalleled. The golf cart made it so easy to go anywhere. A truly amazing experience that we'll cherish forever!

We stayed at Becky's place in Panama City Beach. it was our first time to the area and there was a wonderful book of things in the area and a map of the resort. Everything was so sweet and easy to find, while some things were closed for the holidays the place is still a great location just steps from the beach and a short drive to the main pier and boardwalk. We could always find a heated pool with a few of them on the property and loved that there were pickleball rackets to use just outside the door in the court. Loved the space, even better than the photos and loved that there were a few of the essentials (shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry, etc. ). Thanks so much for the wonderful stay and great house!

My family of seven had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. Having this be our very first experience in an Airbnb, it did not disappoint! It provided everything we desired, making us feel completely at home with its cozy and clean environment. It was a beautiful place to wake up in and return to each day. Austin was very responsive. We would absolutely love to return!

Great cozy home! Very clean, has everything you need for a stay. Washer/dryer full kitchen, comfortable beds. Location is great! Within walking distance of the beach, unless you have a lot of things to carry,in that instance you can just cruise around the block,and park beachside. There’s a convenient store nearby that has EVERYTHING you might need, and I mean EVERYTHING! I will definitely be staying there again!

Nicole's place is just as described. We appreciated that it is in a quieter area yet still very close to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and having long conversations. Everything was spotless in the condo and the kitchen had what we needed to enjoy coffee, tea and cooking. We appreciated her guidebook for ideas of things to do and places to eat. The grouper that we ate at a couple of local restaurants was amazing! Nicole is an excellent communicator, letting us know things ahead of time and always responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at her place!

The condo was just what we expected and a great location. I prefer to be up higher but honestly being on the 2nd floor was very convenient. The condo was really nice and had everything needed for a great stay.

This is an incredible ocean front unit in a great location. Lori was quick to respond and made it an incredibly easy check in. I would highly recommend this unit - the price was reasonable, beautiful views of the Gulf and the unit itself is well done.

A super cozy, clean place! The kitchen was throughly stocked, there were beach items on hand. Love this lil place would rent again!
