I can gladly recommend Eric’s place. The suite at Eric’s home is a very nice, spacious, convenient, safe place to stay. The footprint of the suite is quite large, and high ceilings make it feel even larger. It has a full, large kitchen, and you have access to full-sized washer and dryer. The home to which the suite is attached is in an upscale, very safe-feeling neighborhood. It is less than five minutes from I-10, with easy access to the airport (15-20 minutes), downtown (20-25), the Angels’ spring stadium (15 minutes), Arizona State University (15 minutes), and wherever else you might want to go. An entrance to the South Mountain trail system is two blocks from the home. (PSA: if you plan to do even minimal hiking or biking on any of the desert trails in the area, make sure you have a map app like AllTrails to help with retracing your steps to the entrance.)

Great host Liz was very kind and accomodating to our needs! Her home was in a great location and she was available in case we needed something. Highly recommend this place and will use again in the future.

Mark was a great host. He was very prompt in communicating with us. Nice quiet area, clean room and I like the fact that it was a Casita which provided privacy. Would recommend this place.

We had a great stay. Acacia was an excellent host and was very attentive and very responsive to our needs. The accommodations were as described and the pictures were spot on. Very nice place! We highly recommend!!

Loved staying here! So convenient to so much! Great restaurants, perfect location for many of area attractions, and a little road trip to the Grand Canyon. All the home's details were lovely and thoughtful, with a comfortable bed and aptly appointed kitchen. Would love to stay here again in the future. Wonderful hosts!

Absolutely my favorite place to stay! I’ve been there 2x now and it’s quiet, cozy, and always so clean! I wish all Air B&B’s were this nice.

Loved Carolina's place! My husband and I came out for Spring Training games and the location was central to the ballfields we were going to. Her guest house was exactly as described. We loved the bed - super comfortable. LOTS of closet space - with hangars! and drawer space as well. The firepit on the private back patio was one of the reasons we chose Carolina's guest house and it was exactly as described. The kitchen was great - ample refrigerator, pantry and well stocked dishes/glasses etc. TV lounge area was perfect; able to watch what we wanted without any issues. Carolina was very responsive, and pro active. She provided excellent directions, and how to get in to the guest house. Everything inside was labeled for ease of use. During our stay she responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again! 5 stars!

This is a GREAT place! Really well put together, and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for Spring Training, and the place was very close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I just spent an amazing seven days at Dave & Ruth’s, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived! The place is super cute and had everything we needed, plus some lovely surprises that made our stay even more special. We spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the soothing sounds of the fountains and dining at the outdoor table. It’s such a cozy spot, yet it felt spacious and inviting at the same time. Dave and Ruth were fantastic hosts, always quick to respond to our questions, and they even offered to freshen up our towels and linens halfway through our stay, which was such a nice touch. The location is perfect, too, with restaurants and grocery stores just a short distance away. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Jagjot’s place in Gilbert was great! Exactly what we needed, plus more! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice, and we were able to take a fitness walk around. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. I have already tried to book again, but the dates I need were not available. I would stay here again!

We stay here often, perfect space. We have dogs who enjoy the back yard, we appreciate the fully fenced yard. The hot tub is fab, we will stay again.

Adeelah went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, offering great local recommendations and was very responsive. It was a private area, quiet, and very close to a lot of cool places. Parking instructions were easy, and was nice to have our car parked right next to the entree, really easy to bring down luggage and groceries. Highly recommend!

Jacob and Tanya's home is one you will not forget. It is even better than the pictures show. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you could possibly want. Their patio is very nice and it has a putting green! The location is within a half and hour from alot of resturaunts, tourist attractions and stores. My husband and I would highly recommend this guest house.

Lovely little place in a nice neighborhood. Downtown Gilbert is also full of great restaurants! The space was bigger and more open than the photos depicted which was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable bed too! Jeannie shared some fresh grapefruits and tangerines with us which were absolutely delicious. She also had great recommendations for the local farmers market and a fun hike nearby. It’s always nice to find a place with an on-site host who actually cares about their place and didn’t just buy a property to AirBnB. Would stay here again!

We stayed here just last week! Five stars here! Sean is a really good host Quiet location, lovely private entrance, yard and pool. The suite met our needs perfectly: from the comfy king size bed and living room furniture to the thoughtfully stocked closet, kitchen and bathroom cupboards. The private yard is amazing, with an orange tree (hummingbirds), a beautifully clean pool, and your choice of quality furniture to sit, eat or stretch out on! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Awesome place and great location! Squeaky clean with all the basic amenities. Everything was thoughtfully and tastefully done. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I loved the place. An amazing shower and very close to an amazing local restaurant 32 Shea. The bed was such a soft encompassing experience and it did feel like an escape from the city even though you're technically still in one. It is directly connected to another Airbnb unit and the laundry area is a shared space, so if you're looking to be truly alone, something to be aware of. Very conveniently located in my opinion. Beautiful inside and outer yard and such thoughtful touches like the water bottles and Trader Joe's cookies. Simply the sweetest experience! Would book again!
