Service-appartementen in Pichincha

This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

Estancia agradable, zona tranquila muy cerca del parque Carolina y mall El jardín. Sol muy amable en todo lo requerido. lo único por mejorar es la Tv que sea Smart para conectarse a Youtube, Disney o Netflix, muy útil en la noche cuando se viaja con niños. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente y seguro volvería.

This place was my base to explore the rest of Quito and its surroundings. It's super clean, comfortable and organized, the kitchen is well supplied. Veronica is very responsive and helpful. I recommend this place even if you want to be in the old town, as Uber and taxis are very affordable (~3 USD one way between this place and the old town).

The best place to stay in the most lovely area of Quito. Beautiful cafes and lovely people. The place is perfect, quite and save. Ideal for families. You have to book it. Cheers

Si buscas un lugar limpio seguro y con excelentes áreas recreativas, este Airbnb es una opción perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegué, noté el cuidado en cada detalle de limpieza, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy cómodo desde el primer momento. El entorno es tranquilo, y me dio mucha tranquilidad saber que el área es completamente segura. Además, las áreas recreativas son increíbles; hay espacios para relajarse, hacer ejercicio o simplemente disfrutar al aire libre. Ya sea que quieras pasar un rato tranquilo o divertirte, este lugar lo tiene todo. Sin duda, volveré a quedarme aquí en futuras visitas. Es un sitio que combina comodidad, tranquilidad y diversión de manera perfecta. ¡Lo recomiendo completamente!

Todo excelente con Andrea una gran host totalmente recomendado reservé para una noche pero por situaciones familiares tuve que quedarme una noche adicional y pudo ayudarnos sin inconveniente alguno muchísimas gracias sigue siendo una persona increíble Andrea muchas gracias y estamos muy agradecidos.

Le logement était exceptionnel, mon petit ami et moi y avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est très propre, bien rangé, moderne. Le bâtiment propose des activités telles que la piscine, le billard, etc. C’est un vrai plus ! Mais c’est surtout la présence de Tanya qui est très appréciable, toujours réactive et gentille, elle rend le séjour plus facile et est toujours présente pour nous répondre et nous aider. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour merveilleux !

El dpto fue impecable, lamentablemnte lo disfrutamos muy poco por que nuestra visita fue corta!! Pero esperamos volver pronto. Todo perfecto, ubicado tambien en una linda zona de Quito.

The apartment was comfortable, the building and the surrounding area were both safe and it was close to Carolina park, restaurants, and shopping. We were happy to take advantage of the gym in the building and we enjoyed starting our day hearing the children playing in the schoolyard. We would be happy to book again next time we are in Quito.

The apartment was in a great location with many stores/restaurants within walking distance. It had everything necessary for a long stay and I felt right at home. The internet connection was great and I was able to work from the apartment during my stay. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Patricia's place truly felt like an oasis after a long day exploring. The carefully furniture and decór created a cozy atmosphere, and i was sad to leave it. Patricia was very responsive and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay by one night due to a last-minute change of plans. Highly recommend!
