We had a great stay and Yoana is the best host that I ever had! The place is super nice and cozy, everything is as described, with very cute small touches, and Yoana made sure that we have really everything we could need - even the smallest stuff. She was always super responsive and she even texted us after the first week to ask us if we need something and if everything is fine. The beach is 7-8 mins walk and the pool is nice and clean. The way to the complex is a bit tricky, but you can also leave the car down and it is 1 min walk. It was sparkling clean and all the furniture is new. The terrace is quite big, I was doing my exercise there every morning, looking at the sea. The view is amazing - mix of sea and mountain. Yoana gave us a list with recommendations about restaurants and beaches, which was very useful. She even gave us two chocolate bars for our way back to Sofia, which warmed my heart. Really a great host and person! And a wonderful time in Kavarna! I strongly recommend!

Het is een zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Er is van alles aanwezig. Appartement is op wandelafstand van stadscentrum en de kust. Wij kwamen in de winter dus er was niet echt veel te doen in Varna. Echter na het vertrek vroegen de hosts om onredelijke extra kosten. Ze beweerden dat we handdoeken zouden meegenomen hebben terwijl we zeker zijn dat dit niet zo was. Ook vroegen ze extra kosten voor schoonmaak (boven de alreeds hoge schoonmaak kosten). En dit terwijl de woonkamer bij aankomst erg stonk naar sigaretten. Desondanks waren de hosts altijd zeer bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben nog steeds genoten van ons verblijf in Varna! Het appartement is zeker een aanrader

Bună, in primul rând vreau să îi mulțumesc doamnei Tanja și soțului pentru tot sejurul cat am stat la ei ,de la cum ne-a primit și până la plecarea noastră, au fost ospitalieri și chiar serile mai stăteam cu ei la povesti. Apartamentul foarte curat cu tot ce ai nevoie in el, chiar sa si oferit să ne arate împrejurimile litoralului. Cu siguranță ne vom mai întoarce acolo.

Very nice and quiet place.

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

Руми добрая, отзывчивая хозяйка. Описание соответствует действительности. Красивый двор, чистая комната, тихое место. Так как и хотели. Никаких проблем за 2 недели не было. До моря 10мин, пляж отличный. Магазины, рестораны в шаговой доступности. Спасибо Руми за отличный отдых. Привет мужу. Увидимся в следующем году на 3 недели.

Our host Ivaylo was fantastic -quick response times, very accomodating and friendly! He came to meet us and show us around upon our arrival. The place has both an outdoor private parking, as well as a garage, should you need it. The property was impeccable -- clean and spotless! Nicely decorated, with well-sized airy rooms and great lighting! The bathroom is fantastic and has a combo boiler. Both the bedroom and the living room are air conditioned and have flat screen TV-s. There is a nice balcony overlooking the shared garden. The bed is quite comfy and there are plenty of pillows and cushions. We liked how there are mirrors throughout, as it makes the rooms look even more spacious! The kitchen is well-equipped, there was a more than sufficient amount of complimentary mineral water. The Internet connection was quite good as well! We didn't miss a single thing! There were extra towels in the wardrobe, including beach towels, should you need them. We would love to stay here again!

Stayed at Villa Tatalia with 4 friends and had a great time. The pool and the views are amazing and look even better than in the pictures. The house itself is huge, we could have easily brought more people. The place is a bit hard to find, so Boris offered to guide us there when we checked in. That also meant that you feel private on the property, which was nice. Id stay here again when in Bulgaria, and recommend it to everyone looking for a unique place to stay with a great view.
