Una casa hermosa! El Sr. Ulises en todo momento fue muy amable. Es muy cómodo estar ahí, todo está muy tranquilo, tener el mar súper cerca, gimnasio, alberca, etc. todo súper bien aunque por mala suerte nos tocó cerrado el restaurante que está cerca de ahí y salíamos a buscar que comer/cenar pero el Sr Ulises siempre ayudó con sus recomendaciones. Fue una estadía hermosa!

Absolutely breathtakingly stunning unit - better than the photos! Will is a very responsive host, who’s done a great job setting up his place to feel just like home. The area is so lively and walkable - so many great food spots, convenience stores and of course the beach, within walking distance. The rooftop infinity pool is to die for! My boyfriend and I are definitely coming back!

This is the place to stay!!! The condo is spacious and well-appointed, and the balcony is huge with amazing views! The building amenities were awesome (pools, gym, restaurants), clean, and the staff is so friendly! It is very safe with 24 hour security to let you in. The location is IDEAL. Very quiet but a short 15 minute walk from all the action in the zona romantica. I can't wait to go back!

We had a fabulous vacation. The condo description and photos are very accurate, actually the place is better than the photos Harbour 171 has multiple swimming pools including infinity pools, which overlook the beach. No speakers are allowed at the pool. This means no loud music! So bring headphones if that’s important to you. We loved starting our day having breakfast on our balcony watching and listening to the waves. Within 8-20 minutes you can walk to many restaurants in the Versailles area. Get groceries at OXXO, Soriana or La Comer. Condo has everything you need for a great stay, including a comfortable queen size bed. Host is very responsive. We stayed for two weeks, we could have spent more time - we’d love to come back.

What a gorgeous condo! The view from the balcony is incredible. The location is great with quick access to many beaches, restaurants, shops (though it is a rather steep walk from the condo, so I recommend Uber if you have limited mobility.) Luis Antonio was always responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends- thank you!

This is an amazing place to stay. A little challenging to find, but the locals know Cherry and Nick and helped us. A quiet, beautiful place to experience local culture. Many things to do. We didn't have enough time for everything. I hope we can return in the future.

This house was perfect for us. Our families live all over the country(ies) and a big house like this allows us to spend as much time as possible together. The backyard was great for the kids to play and swim in the pool. If you like fauna and nature, this is the place. Enjoy your coffee/breakfast in the covered backyard table every morning watching birds and iguanas roam around in the backyard. The kitchen and dining area had everything (utensils and appliances) we needed to feed all 9 of us. The grocery stores are a short drive or Uber is very affordable, and they help you with the grocery bags. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the master's. The house decoration and style are very charming, feels like living in a Spanish Hacienda. The area is super safe for walking and there are many restaurants and an OXXO only a short walk away. the beaches are better on this side versus Puerto Vallarta, that is also a massive plus. I 100% recommend.

Excelente comunicación con Jo & Fer, si buscas un lugar para descansar, que esté en una zona tranquila es el lugar ideal. Nada más como consejo al momento de ingresar revisen bien el inmueble, hay detalles que para uno son insignificantes, que al momento no le tomé importancia, hubo un mal entendido, pero se aclaró.

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when visiting PV. Beautiful space, spectacular views, perfect accommodations, super convenient location. We loved everything. We were traveling with our two sons, ages 20 and 18, and our 18yo said it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We sat on the patio morning and evening to enjoy the warm breeze, played cards and games on the outdoor table, slept well, relaxed at the pool, and explored restaurants and activities from there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ability to do laundry. All tenants/guests were friendly as well as staff, plus being very welcoming. We would love to visit again and would definitely try to stay here again.

Our stay at Cesar’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Its location on the beach provided us with great views and a great place to walk from the house to the nearby marina and local restaurants. The house was open and comfortable, and fully equipped for cooking meals. Large grocery stores are 15 minutes away in Bucerias, but the Marina was a great source of freshly caught seafood on a daily basis. The expansive yard had sun exposure all day long, and the private pool provided a great way to cool off. The house was a comfortable temperature with minimal need for air conditioning. We rented a car which made it easy to visit nearby Punta Mira, Sayulita and Bucerias. Cedar was an excellent host, checking in with us regularly over our 10 day stay. He provided us with recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and was always available if we had questions. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias previously, but La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is our new favourite!

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Excellent host - Rosy was quick to respond and tried to take care of every problem as best and fast as she could. Provided loads of local recommendations and suggestions. The building is very nice - the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We couldn't make any use of the pools in the property because of an injury in our group. But they looked beautiful and inviting. The spa at the top was great too - inexpensive and convenient. The apartment itself was very well kept and well stocked, but was on the small side. One of the bedrooms, is very small with no space to even keep a luggage piece inside. Two of the bathrooms were also quite small, so 8 adults would struggle to stay comfortably. The location was not the most convenient as even a grocery trip needed an Uber. No vegetarian restaurants nearby for delivery or in waking distance, so you are stuck waiting for an uber for everything and that is tough with kids . During the holidays, many places were closed which made it worse

Le logement est impeccable et la vue est incroyable. Nous avons loué plusieurs logements avec Airbnb, et ce logement est définitivement le meilleur. Très bien équipé, tout est de qualité et fonctionne très bien. Plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Si vous souhaitez un séjour inoubliable, c’est ce logement qu’il faut réserver à Puerto Vallarta!

I stayed at this beautiful condo with my two parents, my wife, and my 19 month old kid. The downstairs bedrooms were particularly helpful when the adults stayed up later than the kid! The view was amazing and the location provided us with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo. Breathtaking views. Right above the beach with skyline view of Puerto Vallarta. Even saw whales swimming by. Floor-to-ceiling windows open completely so it converts into a huge open space. Very clean and nice. 24h security guard. Two small things as advice for future guests: (1) The building is literally right above the beach so you will hear ocean waves at all times. Most people love it, some people don't. I personally liked it but would not want to live with this sound scape for more than 2 weeks. (2) During the day you can super easily walk from Conchas Chinas beach (where the condo is) to the main area of Puerto Vallarta along the beach. It's a 15 minute walk and totally safe. But I would not walk there during the night. So better take an Uber or taxi back from town, which is just a 5 minute drive and 100 Mexican Pesos (5 US$). Overall, one of the most stunning AirBNBs I've stayed in so far. Recommend 100%. Love the place and would definitely come back.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time

The perfect place to relax and enjoy some down time. Punta Negra Beach is one of the nices beaches in the Puerto Vallarta area. Clean, swimmable, and walkable. The condo was just as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. One restaurant down at the end of the beach with very good food. Bus stop is very close to go into town or you can catch a taxi. Not to far out of the main town, but far enough to be more secluded and quiet. The pool is great and not crowded. The condo is very safe and secure. We are already looking at our options to come back and stay next year, as this has become our favorite beach and the casa was beautiful and well equipped for for making your own meals if you want. Having the washer and dryer is an added bonus. Beautiful Casa and great Host. Thank you Agustin, we look forward to trying to get back next year.
