Lovely house in a quaint neighborhood. It was fun to walk to the marina and explore. House had everything we really needed for our short trip. Arcade games were a surprise for the kids. And we all loved s’mores at night! Megan was a fabulous host!

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean and spacious and had everything you could ask for. The dock was beautiful and was a perfect spot to hang out at. Would definitely book again when going to Herrington Lake.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely amazing! The home was clean, very spacious, and well maintained. Amy was fantastic—super responsive and always helpful whenever we had questions. She replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was beautiful, and we had a great time enjoying the amazing dock. We really had a blast using the kayaks provided. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun weekend with friends and family, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with our stay at Shelly’s unique Blue Heron lake house. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the house and grounds were clean and very well maintained. We relaxed on the spacious deck many times throughout the day and enjoyed the absolutely stunning lake view. A perfect house for unwinding!

The home was lovely and very clean. I hope the home is available when I return to visit my mom periodically. The hosts were very accommodating with a couple special requests and my family was very grateful. I highly recommend Deborah and Marvin as Hosts and their pride in the home is evident. Place is amazing! Felt like home, once we left we started to miss it. Extremely spacious, amenities were amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Somerset!

We had a great stay at Misty’s cabin. It was cute and you could see Lake Cumberland from the deck so it was very pretty and peaceful. We ended up cutting our trip short because of an unexpected event and Misty was very responsive and understanding, it made the process way less stressful. We definitely want to come back!

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

The condo was as advertised. We have stayed in many units at this location. Units have a variety of configurations. Communication with the host is good. Take time to connect with them if you want to get a better idea of which units they have listed might be best for you.

Stayed while traveling for work, the host was very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house and resort were perfect. Everything was very well kept and clean. Our kids loved the swimming pool, and we visited the arcade several times. Robin was very nice to work with, and we hope to visit again!

The cottage worked out perfectly for us for our visit to Berea. It was clean and comfortable and had the plenty of room to relax.

The place was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and all needed amenities were in the house. The pool and other outdoor areas were well maintained. The docks were awesome! We will be back again next summer.

Absolutely the place to escape reality with peace and genuine comfort. Outdoors, you're faced with an overlook to the river, a fireplace laid with cement block tiles, alongside firewood chopped and placed to use, a trail leading to the dock with benches to sit. At NIGHT you have access to a lit themed patio with the flick of a switch. 3 things have a remote-the t.v, the ceiling fan, and the air conditioner; the ceiling fan being the coolest. This is an EXCELLENT getaway vacation, stay, or visit spot. The home feels like a "SMARTHOME" Expect mobile data to not work here unless connected to the home's WiFi or a drive 10min out for service. Fishing- I don't recommend it, currents rough. House has: spices, toiletries, cookware, detergents, soaps, etc. The road to the AirBnB is rough. Con: Rattling noise from the laundry machine when nothing is in it, hand washed dishes are more proficient. If you stay, I left salt, pepper, paper towels, and cleaned the house. Amazing stay OVERALL thanks 🫡
