Una vera esperienza, Asia e la sua Co-host Annia sono delle splendide (è proprio il caso di dirlo) padrone di casa. l'appartamento del villino a disposizione degli ospiti è una vera chicca a due passi da Piazza Caprera e dai servizi. La ristrutturazione di questo capolavoro architettonico è un viaggio nel viaggio. Gli ambienti sono funzionali e comodi, le luci e l'arredamento di gusto e minimalisti, di design ricercato per creare un piacevole contrasto con il pavimento e le mura storiche. La posizione, l'accoglienza e il comfort sono i punti forti di questa unica e irripetibile soluzione abitativa. Un'esperienza che si può condividere con diversi amici, sentendosi veramente a casa. Tornerò certamente Complimenti a tutta la squadra de Amnios Hospitality.

Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded to all of our messages within minutes. The location is right by the beach and there is lots to do in the area. It is also 5mins away from the subway station that gets you yo Ostia and Rome in no time. The price was unbeatable!! We would love to come back again :)

Superbe maison avec jardin manifique à 20 min du Colisée en bus qui passe juste devant. Supermarché 24/24 en face de la maison. Équipement au top !

Great place for the Vatican, about 15-20mins walking to St Peter's square/Basilica. Public transport nearby. Older condo, but it transports you to older times but with modern amenities. Biggest reason I selected this place was the on-site parking, which is a driveway inside a gate right next to the house, so it's a secured parking area.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Il soggiorno è stato all’insegna della tranquillità. L’assistenza di Maurizio, Cinzia e Paola e’ stata perfetta e sopra le aspettative. La casa bellissima e comoda, accessoriata di tutto. Arredi interni ed esterni comodi e di design in linea con la casa. La piscina è il giardino curato nel dettaglio completano il tutto aggiungendo valore. Ma la differenza l’ha fatta sicuramente l’accoglienza, l’ interesse e la cura dimostrati, costanti, sinceri e poco invasivi. Grazie!!!

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

It was a little tricky to get transportation from the airport in Rome to Fabio‘s place, but we were eventually able to procure a taxi to get us there. A short drive from the airport, but a long walk, the location is in a nice residential neighborhood. However, we found a gem of a restaurant (Tre Nodi) within an easy 10 minute walk, located right on the beach….I felt transported to the Caribbean! You will hear the sound of planes overhead, as long as that doesn’t bother you, but the pool/yard is a delightful treat! Fabio was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and the house is spacious, with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. we were only there for one night, but it seems to have everything stocked in the kitchen, with an espresso maker and snacks for us!

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questa splendida proprietà, la casa è meravigliosa e arredata con cura ed amore. Marco e Laura sono degli host fantastici, sempre disponibili e gentili. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di trascorrere del tempo in questo posto magico!

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello.
