Our family of 6 stayed here for the weekend to do your typical Seattle stuff and loved this home and neighborhood. This is a very quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. It was really clean, and we especially loved the top floor with the hot tub, balcony overlooking the sound, and the living room which was the perfect place for family game night! This place was everything the listing claimed to be and a great place to stay!

Beautiful home and location with thought put into every detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, games inside, tons of things to do outside. We had duck and deer visitors and enjoyed coffee on the lakefront while watching the sunrise. Exactly what we had hoped for! Thank you, Jennifer!

This was a gorgeous gem of a place, tucked behind the main house, fully fenced for privacy, and with a deck and private hot tub. It's newer, beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. We loved the big windows, quiet climate system and clever little kitchen. Fully stocked with necessities, and a handy guidebook. Their love of Seattle shines through! Little challenging to find, especially if arriving after dark. Look down a long driveway to the wooden fence with gate at the end. Your car fits at the end of the driveway, or find street parking. The neighborhood is walkable but not especially great. This location is convenient to anywhere in North Seattle, and a short drive to I-5. Matthew was a friendly and responsive host! We felt lucky to find this beautiful place, with a hot tub, in a convenient spot!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anchor Down Inn. The home exceeded expectations, such beautiful views and a comfy, clean and spacious home. The balloons, cake, and flowers for a birthday were such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. We were greeted with a friendly note, wine, and snacks. The hot tub was wonderful and the surprise visit of Seals our first morning was incredible. Rachel was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions, and even let us check in early the day of our arrival. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private getaway. We will definitely be back!

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.

Overall Amazing stay, celebrated my Wife’s Birthday and we loved the home! The hot tub at night with the view of the space needle and city is amazing and romantic. Micah and Danielle responded quickly to all my questions and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle.

What a beautiful property! My friends and I had the best time enjoying the stunning views, gorgeous house and the relaxing hottub. It was perfect for a girl’s trip. The host was kind and helpful as well. We would love to come back someday!

Great stay in a wonderful location, very spacious and clean.

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ivo's home! It is a beautiful property, stocked with just about everything you could possibly want or need in a home away from home. The views of Seattle are spectacular and extra magical at night. It's in a great location, just a 15-20 min walk to the monorail at the Space Needle park that shoots you to the centre of downtown in a just a few minutes. We appreciated coming back to this quiet location after busy days exploring the city. Ivo was an extremely friendly and attentive host, who was quick to respond to our questions and needs despite being remote. We can't recommend his listing enough and wouldn't hesitate to book again if/when we find ourselves in Seattle.

Seayes was super nice to us, and made sure that we felt right at home. The place is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, simply lovely. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs to run around and our son loved all the games to play when it was raining and we stayed inside. Celeste checked in on us while we were there and goes above and beyond to make sure her guest feel at home.

Dawn’s place was perfect! The video about the hot tub start up was really helpful and accurate - it was faster for me to heat up the second time around, just like the guy in the video said! We loved feeling a little bit more outdoors (grilling & tending to wood fire in the tub) while staying in such a luxurious little space. Dawn has thought of everything!! We did expect it to be a little further from other homes but there is a big fence which makes it feel private. Super romantic couple of days. We would love to come back again. Thanks Dawn!

This cabin is so peaceful and the perfect location for a little getaway. Mish was a wonderful host, so kind and easy to communicate with when we had any questions. The cabins were very clean and cozy! Games included in the cabins were a fun bonus ! I’ve already recommended this Air Bnb to all my friends !! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The property has a stunning view of the river and surrounding mountains—absolutely peaceful and beautiful. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to Wallace Park, which made it easy to explore. The outdoor space is huge and perfect for families: there’s a great grill setup, a cozy fire pit, and plenty of room for kids to play while adults relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, family-friendly getaway!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful build with thoughtful amenities in a tranquil location. The kitchen and bathrooms were so we'll equipped and everything was comfortable and clean. We loved sipping coffee on the huge deck, sitting by the fire, soaking in the hot tub and steam shower, and curling up by the fireplace on the comfortable couch. Such a gem of a place near hikes and all the beauty the PNW has to offer.

Our stay at Brian's cabin was exactly perfect. The pellet stove is a great addition and it kept us toasty. Everything was as described and the check-in instructions made the cabin easy to find despite nearly being hidden even though it's right off the road. The fresh fruit, kitchen staples, and WA wine were nice touches that made our stay even more comfortable. We definitely want to come back, perhaps when it's warmer and we'll want to do river activities in addition to the hot tub.

This absolutely stunning retreat was perfect for a weekend getaway with some friends. The home was charmingly furnished and looked exactly like the photos. The hot tub was our favorite feature of the weekend, looking out over the water in the rain while staying toasty was perfect. Joshua was responsive and provided us with a really thorough list of recommendations, but the house had plenty of entertainment for the weekend and we never wanted to leave! Truly a perfect weekend spent relaxing, reading and playing games.
