This is one excellent rental. The condo is very spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped. The Pacifico complex is by far the best in playa del coco with gorgeous pools and a shuttle to the beach club. The condo is close to a number of grocery stores and a short walk to many restaurants. Finally, will is an excellent host who assisted us every step of the way. If your looking for a great place to stay in playa del coco this it.

Nice building in a great location with a nice pool area, quiet and just away from the city centre. Furnishings in the unit are a bit dated and blinds are see through so when the sun is up, so are you. Some great restaurants within a 2 minute walk as well.

Wonderful place, great size for a family or group of friends. Extremely well stocked and the exterior of the property (pools, bbq areas and location) was top notch. We can’t wait to return.

Place was brand new, the view of the marina and mountains was gorgeous. Very spacious with a nice balcony.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with the best view of the bay below. Clean, comfortable and cool. Really well stocked kitchen if you’re planning on cooking in. The pool was refreshing after a hot day out and about. Raquel was extremely friendly and timely with communication and suggestions. While you can walk from the condo to the beach, it is up a steep hill along a busy road and you may feel comfortable with a car. Overall we loved our stay here!

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

great locations and nice pool in the complex. some decent stairs so would recommend a lower unit for anyone who has trouble. the hosts communicated well through messaging and arranged for a golf cart(added fee but worth it) to be there when we arrived. that way we could hop around the whole resort.

Check-in instructions were sent well ahead of time and Jennifer provided perfect directions to the home. My teen kids and I enjoyed the full open space in this home, with the communal living room and main balcony being amazing to make family memories. All the great restaurants, shops, and beaches are within walking distance of the home, while the home remained very peaceful. Definitely worth the money spent for our forever memories. Thank you!!!

Very nice clean comfortable condo. Also feels safe. Beach at Playa Langasto is very rocky and not for swimming but beautiful for a walk as others have noted. The pools are very nice and not crowded at all. We drove to other beaches. Some good restaurants in walking distance. We did an excursion to La Leona if you’re up for an adventure it’s a fun time!

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

Toda a família adorou a acomodação, principalmente a pequena de 3 anos que tinha muito espaço para se divertir e até mesmo brinquedos disponibilizados pela anfitriã. O apartamento ao vivo é mais bonito que nas fotos. Daphne é muito atenciosa, nos enviou um guia magnífico de recomendações e respondeu prontamente a todas as dúvidas. O beach club é bastante confortável para passar o dia com criança pequena e tem um restaurante delicioso. Obrigada Daphne por compartilhar com outras famílias esse oásis q criou para a sua!

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

C’était notre 3e séjour à playa sel coco dans la communauté de playa del sol et notre 2e séjour chez Justin. L’accès est facile, la communauté est très calme, principalement des gens retraités, et tout le monde est très gentil. J’avais mal à la gorge et steve m’a aidé à trouvé un bon sirop, alors que sa femme nous a cueilli avec un beau sourire à notre arrivée et a proposé à nos enfants de jouer avec les autres enfants. Dany, notre voisin, nous a expliqué où acheter du poisson frais! Nous faisions attention de bien les respecter et nous demandions aux enfants d’être calmes. Tout était parfait! La plage est à distance de marche et l’excellent restaurant Mar Azul est proche aussi! Nous avons pris la voiture pour aller au maxi pali et à playa Hermosa pour se baigner et pour aller au restaurant Ginger que je recommande à tous! Le logement était très propre. Il y avait du café, du savon à linge et du savon à vaisselle. Il y avait des chaises de plage et une glacière! Nous reviendrons!

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

O lugar foi o melhor da viagem. Lindo, extremamente relaxante, piscina maravilhosa, quartos super confortáveis, roupa de cama branquinha e limpa. Varanda gostosa pra ficar a noite. Javier e família que recebem os hóspedes são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Que lugar lindo. Super recomendo. Voltaria 1000 vezes!!! Obrigada Lia e Andrew!!!

I loved this house . It was really well stocked with kitchen items . Very clean and spacious . Kimberly our housekeeper did a great job . The pool and outside area we relaxing . Location was awesome . A golf cart ride to town . The auto mercado was right next door walking distance . It’s in a gated community so it’s private. Plenty of room for a group of 6 . I highly recommend thus property .

Definitivamente la vista, las comodidades, la seguridad nos encantó, el único inconveniente es que no pudimos visitar las playas que deseábamos, pues no había manera que mis hijos quisieran dejar la pisicina y la vista hermosa que teníamos hacia el mar y horizonte. Muchas gracias, nos encantó y esperamos poder regresar más adelante.

This property is very nice! These people were excellent to deal with. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. It is exactly as described and very close to the beach. I highly recommend this place.

My second time staying at this Villa! We decided to bring my daughters and grandchildren so they could experience a part of Costa Rica. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. Best part of our vacation was the Chefs I hired to cook dinners for us, Chef Felix & Chef Arlen. Villa was perfect for multi generations to enjoy!

A really unique and enjoyable stay. The outdoor living area was just beautiful, and we loved having wine or cocktails watching the sun set in the pool and the stars come out. The caretaker was on site while we were there, and was friendly and helpful. Do not disregard the advice to secure a vehicle that can climb a very steep driveway. 4x4, AWD, or a powerful engine will help make sure that you have the traction and climbing power necessary to make it to the rental. My kids felt like the driveway was an adventure in itself. Also, there is a shallow river/creek nearby that the mapping apps like to try to make you drive through on the way. We did it the first time in our Hyundai Tucson 4x4, but could feel the water underneath our feet and felt uncomfortable repeating the experience, so are thankful we found an alternate route soon afterwards. Wildlife seen on site included MANY bird species, howler monkeys, and colossal grasshoppers. This place felt special. Don’t miss it.

Awesome place to stay! Located in the heart of town but still secluded from all the busy-ness. Very walkable to the beach and the town. So many great spots to eat and shop. Jacqueline is a great host, she gave great recommendations!
