The appartment has a great location. Nothing in more then 15 minutes walk. The shops cafe, restaurants, all a few minutes walk. Perfect for a morning run along the avenue with trees and greenery on the avenue 5 miles. Abderazak was very helpful and and a nice guy. We would recommend this place, as we didnt have to take taxi anywhere. Thank you abderakak.

Fantastisch verblijf! Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Yahya! Vanaf het eerste moment was hij super vriendelijk, meedenkend en een eerlijke gastheer. Bij het inchecken werd ons alles duidelijk uitgelegd, en hij heette ons persoonlijk welkom. Het appartement zelf was ongelooflijk schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig: handdoeken, keukengerei, kruiden, waterflesjes en nog veel meer. De locatie is perfect: een prachtig uitzicht en slechts twee minuten verwijderd van de drukte, waardoor je zowel rust als levendigheid binnen handbereik hebt. Alles is makkelijk te bereiken, zowel te voet als met de auto. Een extra pluspunt was de tv met alle zenders, inclusief Nederlandse kanalen – echt een fijn detail voor ons als Nederlanders! Zelfs in de keuken was een tv aanwezig. We voelden ons meteen thuis en hebben ontzettend genoten. Dank je wel, Yahya! Mijn moeder en ik komen zeker terug inshaallaah!

Appartement bien situé pour aller à l’aéroport (plutôt 20 min à pieds). Ma fille était ravie d’avoir netflix 😅. Confortable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Kamel. Le logement était très beau, fidèle aux photos ! En plus, son emplacement un peu excentré du centre de Marrakech permet d’avoir un cadre apaisant et calme. Il est à peu près à 15min en voiture de la Médina donc très bien situé. La résidence quant à elle était très belle, très propre et calme. Les gardiens sur place sont très gentils et propose leurs aide en cas de besoin sans hésiter ! Le seul bémol était qu’il faisait assez froid dans le logement, bien qu’il y avait un chauffage mais il n’a pas fonctionné. Concernant l’hôte, Kamel, il a toujours été très réactif et accueillant. Rien à dire, je vous le recommande grandement !

AmineK’s place is spacious and comfortable. Its perfect for family / group of friends. Its located near Menara Mall and Gare du Marrakesh. The neighbourhood is quiet and its secured. Taxis are right around the corner. Check in was easy, Ayoub was there to welcome us. My friends and I had a quick dip in the pool though it was freezing cold. I would definitely recommend! Logement qui correspond en tous points à la description. A savoir l’aéroport est à côté et de nombreux avions passent au dessus du logement en journée. La piscine est très agréable.

Appartement très calme, belle terrasse en retrait a l’abris des regards avec vue sur piscine et golf, résidence bien entretenu, un cli d’œil à Barhim qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable et qui a été très réactif

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce superbe appartement ! L’endroit est encore plus charmant en vrai : tout est impeccablement propre, bien aménagé et pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Le calme des environs est très appréciable. L’hôte a été très disponible et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, et où nous espérons revenir très bientôt !

Wij hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad en alles was perfect geregeld. Locatie zorgt ervoor dat alles goed te bereiken is.

Nous somme arrivé dans un magnifique appartement propre, spacieux et fidèle à la déscription. Le propriétaire est chaleureux et disponible , accueille au top. Le quartier est calme et facile d’accés et dispose même d’un parking fermer. La terrasse est assez grande pour manger et bronzé au calme et le jacuzzi est top. Je recommande cette appartement pour son calme sa vue et tout ses équipements.

The masks added a fun, slightly mischievous flair, and every corner felt carefully considered, with design choices that were both stylish and welcoming. The jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind, and the terrace—just beautiful. Whether enjoying a quiet morning or watching the city wind down in the evening, it was a peaceful little escape above the buzz of Marrakesh. Thank you for creating such a warm, inspiring space. It made the trip all the more memorable.

really lovely apartment, such a nice spacious well designed space to have after a busy day bustling around the souks of the medina! Mohcine and his assistant Aziz could not have been more helpful and accommodating! was a bit too cold to use the small outdoor bath but i imagine on a sweaty 30+ day it would be wonderful to sit with your feet in! Really clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable with really nice luxurious cotton sheets which was a definite plus! Its a bit far out from the busy parts of Marrakech but that can work in it's favour when it's so busy all day, and there are a couple of great restaurants a 15-20 minute walk away, Aziz sent us a huge list of amenities around the area which was great.

Que dire, sinon que cet appartement est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il marie à merveille le moderne et le traditionnel, avec une décoration originale et raffinée. Chaque détail respire l’élégance et la propreté est irréprochable. La salle de bain et la chambre offrent de beaux volumes, tandis que la terrasse avec jacuzzi vient sublimer l’ensemble, rendant le séjour aussi luxueux qu’inoubliable. La place de parking ainsi que la sécurité de la résidence sont des atouts indéniables. L’emplacement est parfait : proche des grands axes de Marrakech et à deux pas de toutes les commodités (commerces, cafés, restaurants…). Un grand merci à Kenza, dont le sourire communicatif a ajouté une touche chaleureuse à cette belle expérience !

The apartment was so clean. The localization was perfect, surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants. I was delighted to spend time in this cozy apartment, which I highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt in Marrakesh wurde perfekt mit dieser Unterkunft. Sarah und ihr Mann waren extrem freundlich und haben uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Sie haben uns diverse hilfreiche Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man kann richtig schön zu La Medina laufen, dauerte für uns ca. 35 min. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. We have to thank Philippe for his quick action which got us out of a difficult situation with another booking falling through. He was flexible and went above and beyond to get the place ready for us very quickly even though it was last minute. The apartment was spotless and a lovely quiet space. The bedding was very very comfortable. We felt like we slept twice as long as we actually did!! it was easy to walk into town/to main attractions whilst being a calm and quiet neighbourhood. The local restaurants were also great. We hope to come back one day!
